bro i need more info on flat earth because i came up to this: Allah says in Surah Naziat, Chapter.No.79, Verse.No.30, ‘We have made the earth as an expanse. And We have made the earth egg-shaped’. “Wal Arda Ba’da Dhalika Dahaha” Wal Arda Ba’da Dhalika Dahaha means and then we made the earth egg shaped. One of the meanings of ‘Dahaha’ is, an expanse and the other meaning of the Arabic word ‘Dahaha’ it is derived from the Arabic word ‘Duhya’ which means an egg. And we know today that the earth on which we live is not completely round like a ball. It is Geo Spherical in shape. It is flattened from the pole and it is bulging from the centre. And the Arabic word ‘Duhya’ doesn’t mean a normal egg it specifically means the Egg of an Ostrich. And if we analyze the shape of the Egg of an Ostrich - it too is Geo-Spherical in shape. Imagine the Glorious Qur'an mentions 1400 years ago that the shape of the earth is geo-spherical. It does not say spherical only. It specifically mentions like the egg of an ostrich. I’ve done a deep dive on the “flat” earth. It’s possible that by like an egg, what do eggs do? Protect the baby with the shell. There’s stories of the firmament above over, but in scientific terms there’s something called the Van Allen radiation field that is kind of like a barrier for us. It’s possible that we live not on a sphere , but a plane of existence protected with a barrier around us.

hommie I love you, but consider doing some more research about the flat earth theory. It may appear flat but the more you question the function of the planet the more you learn how inconceivable the earth being flat is.
I'm really happy you put the 300 push ups thing on the video, I started doing this a while back and that the way I do it is that I start from 24 pushups and keep going down by 1, 23, 22,21 and that gives you a total of 300. at the start it's a bit hard you can start from 15 countdown or 20 but after a few days you'll be able to do it so quick even in half an hour and the difference in your body and shape is insane.

Personally, for the 5th one i recommend you to start with the bare minimum, atleast 3. In some days later, it'll grow, someone will be quite overwhelemed with 300, for some of my friends tried 50 everyday and quitted after 3 days. And for the people who started with 3, (i told all of them but some of them didn't listen, so they stopped after 3 days.) they seemed to have 50 pushup's everyday which is quite less from 300, so maybe from progress to progress i recommend with 3 or 5 first. ----- take m uch care habibi ily keep going

And for the people who started with 3, (i told all of them but some of them didn't listen, so they stopped after 3 days.)
