Love it. With it being tiny and having very little storage, I would put two windows or or maybe one in the livingroom and bedroom so that a dresser, chest, tv unit or other storage units could be placed up against the wall and not be blocking a window.
Good evening from Syracuse NY Randy and Amanda and everyone else thank you for sharing your thoughts and information and your beautiful incredible tiny houses
A definite no go because of a lack of bathroom sink and mirror. How do you shave in the morning? The space for that living room closet could have gone to the bathroom sink.
I’ve watched a lot of tiny homes & if you have 10’W you can have your kitchen be the room you walk into not a galley like these. I hate the placement of the kitchen & I’m short but not into lofts! I would use a loft for storage!
I really love the layout of this place. Now, say I have grandkids that wanted to spend some nights, could I still get a loft above my 1st floor bedroom, with the railing? Also, could I either get a shower/tub combo in the bathroom? Also, could you do built-in drawers and maybe one side closet with a barn door?
I'm in NE Florida. Finding a townhome for that price without a really huge HOA or land lease amount is almost impossible. I would have no reason to be in Tennessee, but I do think it's a good deal comparatively.
A townhome for 75 it must be an older one... But then you've got like 600 + a month association fee on top of it.... Then there's property taxes & homeowners insurance, both which are going up astronomically every year.....
To the one that's claiming their townhome was only 75,000 in Florida...... You didn't mention the association fees the property tax and the homeowners insurance... That will add a minimum of 1,000 to 1500 a month
The lot is leased. The home is yours. Plus the home is RV certified, therefore no property tax. Can be moved to location of your choice. Built for long term living, not like RVs.
Will the one mini split cool and heat the entire home? How many square inside? How large is the planned deck and as you're facing the front door, is the deck centered on the door? Lastly, where would I walk my dog? He's old like me and at 10 or 11 at night, I know one our age wants to go really far especially if the weather is bad. I'm sure others have the same questions. 😊
LOVE the everything! It's well made, cute, perfect size. But for the price point, I can do a 2 bed,2 bath / w basement and updated appliances built in 1950s established neighborhood. So....
For that price I would definitely not want to have a washer and dryer in my bedroom. I also would not want to have to put a refrigerator or my kitchen taw&chairs in the living room.
To those of you who do not like the floor plan or the price.....👎 You just go elsewhere..!!!.... And see if you can find the "quality" of these homes , the materials and the build, for that price anywhere in this country!
