It looks delicious and everything around beautiful. The woman who made the food, her cute children, the music. The cooking pott and the fire. And funny as always with Sindaco. Thank you for loving Africa.
Here in Brazil there is a similar dish, caruru, which contains okra, palm oil, peanuts, coconut milk, garlic, onion, ginger, chives and coriander, but we usually add shrimp or cod.
I know I don’t think she knows the history lol saying it’s from Nigeria, we west Africans cook very similar in our own way, Nigerian okra soup is nothing like how we do it.
😂😂😂 Oh my goodness, haha ha, the flies want your FOOD. You said the flies are stubborn, ehn ? ? Give them something to EAT too, dem want chop too. Nice video 😂😂😂

The okra and vegetable are supposed to be the last ingredients to be added in the soup to prevent overcooking.
It always turns out delicious and holds its slimey ness very well. We all have our different methods
@@logicali9575Ma friend change your method.

Soup kanda kaye senegalai yi gnoko mome
COOKED SO WRONGLY THO...WISH IT WAS ME COOKING
The okra has been overcooked! Nutrients gone
Why do you bite on the spoon with your teeth? You do everything backwards...................
Sorry bros but this is not the right way to cook okra soup (super kañja) in the Gambia. This is very embarrassing for Gambians women as a whole.
Ur really funny,u can't judge the whole nation cuz of 1 person
People cook in a different kind of way.
Gambian culinary is so basic and bland. What else do they have apart from rice?
Rude
Rice is basic but we have millet couscous maize couscous and rice couscous too,
@@mannehnasalimata1249 Basically just the same thing as alluded to in my main comment.
You’re been rude without even realizing it
@@Oumoub I think he knows. It's the purpose of this unnecessary comment.
