I was talking to my family that i want to take drumming as a career and they said that it was never going to happen and seeing your story, I just wanted to let you know that you're inspiring to me.

Hi Gabe.........I started drumming at the age of 56. I always focused on drummers anytime there was live music in spite of the fact I was classically trained on the piano. I spent a lot of time trying to find drummers that I could trust to teach the right things on UA-cam. The masters are the masters but a teacher who can drum and teach at the same time.......is rare. I love both you and Adam..........you guys are excellent teachers, and I have learned much from you both!! Keep up the great work........you guys have a special talent don’t ever forget that!!

but sadly, i'm living in a country that musicians are not very successful, my parents don't really want me to follow this passion.
But I will keep doing my best and keep drumming until I can't no more.

I am 49 and started playing again after a 30 year break. Watching your videos for the past few years have really helped me become a better drummer than I ever was. I am now living vicariously through your I Prevail videos. Keep it up. Never forget where you came from, no matter how far you get.

Like I said before your the truth definition of “follow your dreams” 1st video I saw was you setting up/playing your drums in the middle of a park under the hot sun. And later playing a gig for a church. From that video to meeting and chatting with in Wichita ks. Makes me feel like we been friends for a long time! In last 3 years I've been following you I've seen you break through the roof with all the lessons and tours , vlogs, endorsement s
I turned 26 today, just started getting professional lessons 6 months back, have invested almost 250k(INR ~ 3500 USD) in gear and lessons and am continuing to push my selves through all of it... And probably will find good musicians to work with and start "touring" locally...
It just is so crazy to see what all can happen if honest effort is put into it
