Triumph Thruxton RS | How To Install A Quickshifter and First Ride!

- In cooperation with Classicbike-Raisch i had a quickshifter from healtech installed. The model is called iQSE-1 and is for the most modern classics from Triumph. I then got straight onto my bike and tested the quickshifter straight away.

As far as I know, this Healtech QS comes with two-way sensor so in theory you can also downshift without clutch lever as well even though you may need to blip throttle to rev match during downshifting

On my Thruxton 1200 2019 i only hat to connect the quickshifter on the desired connector and that was it... Plug and play. Everything was enabled and prepared from the Stock.

Hello; very strange due to the ecu is not prepared to "read" a quickshifter.
@@TheReverb1 Hi, i was reading about the 2019 Modell and according to that it is prepared and enablem from Stock. Also there was a prepared Connector to simply plug and play the Quickshifter. It works of course as well...
@@Hoodeene I have the 2017 model that seems exactly the same but I do not see anywhere about the readyness to connect a quickshifter. In fact in the Triumph dealer they mentioned that is not possible to plug one of the other Triumphs QS and with a non Triumph one is needed another slave ecu (the one that comes with the QS)

Hi, I have only done the auto calibration. It worked great as far as I can tell because I was only able to drive for a short time
