Beautiful hat. Thanks for sharing. You do mention it is for advanced crocheters...... I see why. Gorgeous pattern; I will look into the written form, too. Happy crocheting 🧶 💜🧶
Everything fell apart for me at round 5. This is slightly above my beginner level. Pretty sure I went off in Round 2 and tried to keep going and fix along the way. Will have to restart at round 1.
Round 4 Chain 2, Skip the first stitch and FPdc around the next stitch, Dc in the same stitch, *(Dc in the next stitch, FPdc around the same stitch, Skip the next 2 stitches and FPdc around the following stitch, Dc in the same stitch), Repeat from * until 2 stitches remain, Dc in next stitch, FPdc around same stitch, Join with sl st to top of beginning chain
Pretty hat. Disappointing tutorial. I wish you hadn’t gotten impatient and skipped ahead. The pattern isn’t difficult if demonstrated completely. If you had demonstrated all 4 rows that are to be repeated (per the written instructions) this coups have been an amazing tutorial. 😢
If you turned your work around after you joined your brim you wouldn't see the seam 🙂

I made this with a thinner yarn and it worked out beautifully! Ty!
Thank you for the pattern and the video tutorial. Beautiful pattern!

Um. What happened to the rest? I need to see rows 4 and 5. FP always has me confused and I need to see it to make sure I'm doing it correctly.
Row 4 is the same as row 2. Rewind the video if you need to. And row 5 is the same as row 3! Hope this helps!
@Nici Tudorowski I figured it out later that day, but thank you. Definitely should have said that in the video. Lol.
The language in the video is definitely more complicated than the actual beautiful pattern 😂

Wait, how many times are we decreasing rows? You didn’t explain it.

@@suckonit32090 Thanks! She skips ahead a lot.
Dove posso acquistare il pom pon?
Naic very nice
That band is ridiculous to work! I gave up after 5 rows in. Beautiful looking finished product but beyond frustrating to even get started.

Beautiful hat, the worst explanation over
Maybe try looking at the written pattern?? I am an intermediate crocheter and had no problem when looking at both the pattern and video.
I had no issues following along.
Worst explanation I’ve ever watched. Why bother making these videos if you can’t properly explain how to do this?
