Nice video. Question - Do you spray that cement with tip as is (1.4mm) or drilled out to 2.0mm. What pressure did you setup for the gun? What id you use to clean the gun after work is done. Thanks))))

I had issues but realizing it was the fabric I used. It didnt have the flex like this one and it was hard as hell to cut.

Did you see where the two roof mounted antenna connections are? And the cable routing? I need to install a relocation kit and no one can tell me where they connect..
my 2017 just had the one antenna and connected behind the glove box… not this 2022
Well done! Quick question...the yellow glue you see coming through the frame and securing the foam blocks and wiring...what is that stuff called?
Those foam blobs as they are commonly referred to are important for the proper function of the air bags. They direct where there airbag goes in the event that it should inflate. @davem526

What size suede roll do you need for a non sunroof 2017 F250?
For a crew cab You would need 2.5yards
For an extended cap it’s 2yards
1yard for single cab
And n extra 24 inches if your attempting to do your visors

No one talks about the adhesive? Wait time, how to keep it from bonding so u don’t get wrinkles that won’t come out. My experience is once it touches it’s stuck. How’s your guy just slinging the material around without it sticking?
Is foam backing necessary? Considering there is already a layer of it from the original liner
You need to remove the old foam or the headliner will sag down with time and without the foam it will look bumpy
@@kitler01 but guy in vid just placed material on top of existing liner
@@findmeahandle won’t work well I’ve already done this now the adhesive won’t stick and if the old foam gives way it’ll take down the new one
You want to remove the old headliner and glue and foam so you have a clean surface to bond to. You also create fitment issues stacking material over as well as if the original headliner let's go, you still get sags.
Why you stick the new fabric on old fabric ?!😂 will pill off easy in short period of time…

Go over the crumby factory foam? NOOOO!
The factory foam is going to fail and your headliner will drop. Get rid of the foam!
You were so close to having a permanent headliner.
Never use or go over heat bonded foam headliner fabric. Its junk.
All thgat time and material wasted to go over defective fabric..
Job security I guess.. Do it again next year..
