I've always had a really narrow thin non athletic body but Nick Symmonds channel has gotten me so much into fitness, and not bodybuilding/powerlifting fitness but just general fitness, like mile run, pushups, pull ups, sprints etc.

Not sure if someone has mentioned this already, but he might have beat you in the dead hang only because he had his thumbs out and over the bar. It's easier to "hook" and hang than clench it in your hands. Great video, shame it didn't reach a million views in the time allotted. You guys are both inspirations
a drill for double unders is to put a resistance band around your upper arms so they are tight to ur body and this forces you to use your wrists for the better rotation. its all about rythm so what i did was jump and clap twice in the air for a few reps. thats how it should sound with your rope hitting the ground. dont tuck your knees at all just jump a little higher and rotate in the wrists and you should be good to go. hope this helps

Seems like people that automatically assume someone is on the juice are really just making excuses for their shortcomings. Clean diet, massive amounts of protein and tons of hard work in the gym can actually turn major gains. I’m not assuming he’s on roids. Regardless, saying it doesn’t make me feel better than him if he were.

This guy is a meme: Running 10 miles per day, then sitting on a bike for two hours, then swimming for another hour... He should look like Eluid Kipchoge not Captain America. When you do that much cardio it doesn't matter what supplemental weight training you do or what your protein intake is, your body just eats itself. Bare isn't the only fitness fanatic that also runs, yet no one else who runs a sub 3 marathon looks like that. Steroid use is apparently rampant through the infantry too, and once you start its extremely hard to stop.
@@bridgermurray2773 completely agree with everything you said. However I would say also that it doesn't really matter....he isn't competitive in any of the races he enters so isn't stealing anyone glory.

I've always had a really narrow thin non athletic body but Nick Symmonds channel has gotten me so much into fitness, and not bodybuilding/powerlifting fitness but just general fitness, like mile run, pushups, pull ups, sprints etc.

How to be a good runner with a business.
