Don‘t think Kayla killed her but she did nothing to avoid it😢 Seems to me she was so dependent on him emotionally and for the drugs. Addiction is strong/ a severe problem and when both parents ( both primary care takers) are addicted no child should be under their care!!! I‘ve witnessed too much neglection even with non violent addicts there‘s nothing in such a household benefitting a child in any way. Why was that poor girl and two boys in their care?! @AliceA333 the judge did NOT do his homework, extremely negligent. Also, Chrystal was unable to attend because she had a court case the same day for her son Jamison to be adopted. I a different court house. They refused to give her a continuance. She wasn't asking for custody in that case, she was trying to prevent Adam from getting custody. Harmony had a foster mother and father that would have adopted her in a heartbeat with the support of Chrystal. It's just sickening.

@@lizchlebeck8292 There are a few adults involved I'd like more info on, for my own sanity. I've only heard 1 Judge give an analysis on the Judge's decision & it wasn't too helpful. She basically said, paraphrased "the MA judge wasn't aware that CPS was missing crucial paperwork from NH, so the shady past of Adam wasn't visible". I'd love an actual analysis of what the judge had & if there was reason to believe it was complete, no speculation or missing data.
Anything is possible, the Judge may just be negligent or cruel. But with no motive to hurt Harmony & no questionable past cases, it feels more likely he bases his decisions on the same info in all cases & wasn't aware any was missing. And maybe that's so, since lawmakers from both states gathered in September to prevent this from happening again.

So when Kayla gets released from prison, she will get pregnant and continue the cyle. More drugs and more babies, nice huh!
