Adam Montgomery, the father who allegedly beat his 5-year-old daughter, Harmony, to death, heads to trial this week for the young girl’s murder. Montgomery is facing several charges in connection with the death of his daughter, including second-degree murder and falsifying evidence. Harmony disappeared in 2021 and her body has yet to be found. Jury selection for Montgomery’s trial begins on Tuesday.

I am outraged at this case. How did this child fall off the radar of family, CPS and EVERYONE else for 2 years??? How could a judge award full custody to this SOB? So many people wanted Harmony. I pray the state will prevail and get justice for Harmony.

Out of the 12 or 14 planned supervision visits AM was supposed to go to in order to attain that full custody, he got... he only showed up to 6 visits. HM didn't even know him!
Mass never sent New Hampshire the paperwork(they don't have the greatest working relationship), so it was essentially like she didn't exist for 2 years.
Both parents were drug addicts! Poor Harmony! 😥😥

This is a prime example of the saying not everyone deserves nor allowed to have kids.

But there really is no circumstance where a CARING parent of a missing child would say that. So either he did something to her, or he's just an unlucky sociopath who couldn't care less about his missing daughter

He knows he’s going to jail so he might as well confess on what happened and where she is! Adam's attorneys are admitting he is involved if that's the case. Perhaps all this while he is imprisoned and sober he will grow a set and admit to what he did to his little girl.
