    I confirm ! I am back to my hip opening exercises each morning and wvery night, and i've already lost the belly fat ! And digestive circulation has been regulated that way too for me... Funny enough, it feels so much easier now to eat and cook healthy meals... Everything is interconnected...

    I have most all the symptoms but all the tests the Dr.s had me do all came back showing my cortisol was not high.. now what?
