@@helenerabia6676 I know I'm a month late, And I've never been to dover, but my grandfather was there several times, and got to see some of the first few races held at Dover international speedway (at 3:21) and told me when he was there, that it was "one of the finest and most culture rich places he has been to" I don't know how much has changed since then, because that was almost 40 years ago, I hope this helps.

I was station at Dover AFB DE back in 1991-1995. It is a quiet and nice community.
