I recently moved from Pike Creek the average townhouse is 350,000 in the area.
I'd love to know the criteria used for this list. There are a bunch of really nice small towns along the coast that are much better than some of the ones on this list. I was surprised to see so many Wilmington neighborhoods listed here since most of the city and it's surrounding area isn't very nice. Some of the places near the top are filled with rich people in big houses and not much else.

40 acres and Happy Valley 😂😅 I never heard those names but these two areas is both considered Trolley Square.
The Conrad School is not in Little Italy.

Newark is pronounced New Ark.
Newark is in NJ, New Ark is in Delaware. As a transplant from Philly, I learned this quickly.
If your going to do a program on Delaware get the names of the towns right.
Go to city data for Lewes. Lewes has a very low crime rate.

Whoever made this video needs to find a new career! For example, neither CAB Calloway or Conrad are in or even near Little Italy? Plus, if you're bragging about good local schools, you forgot to mention the Charter School of Wilmington! Your areal video of Bellefonte is Bellefonte PA! The one image shown for Pike Creek Valley is actually the Wilmington waterfront? You badly mispronounce Newark. "Newerk" is in New Jersey, "New Ark" is the one in Delaware. Happy Valley? Really? How the hell is Greenville a suburb of Philadelphia? No one considers that! Since when is Pike Creek not in Pike Creek Valley? So how did it make the list twice? The areal view of North Star is most certainly not North Star. I see a river in the distance and there aren't any rivers or even large creeks in North Star.
Best places? Not in Delaware if you're smart
