Notes: Please make sure you connect negative with negative and positive with positive so you dont cause a short. Also, if you get a "CHECK DRL SYSTEM" bypass by purchasing a "CANBUS" to trick the sytem.
You said they dual function as high beams also, could you maybe post a video on that? I was wondering how the light output would be with the high beams on. Super clean, by the way!
My understanding is the LED run at their highest setting. So if you turn on your high beam, there is no difference. They don't have the dual brightness of the stock bulbs
Thanks for the video!!! I also have a 2010 TSX. Just ordered it. I've been spending a lot of time looking for white headlight bulbs. Got it for $30.00 on ebay.
Thanks for taking the time to do this video, I have 2011 TL , is this the correct LED's for this car, LASFIT H15 LED Headlight Conversion Kits 72W 7600LM 6000K Xenon White Philips+Z ES Chips/Error Free-Hi Beam/DRL Day Time Running Light
i bought the lc6 9005 for my sonata,, then called them and legal output is 10k, lumens, so then i bought the LA series,, they light up the whole road,, i love them
Considering this video is somewhat 9 months old now. What are the pros and cons? Is there wobble? Has the light died out? Is it noisy? I recently installed this product maybe 4 days ago so I’m hoping for he best. Thanks in advance.
Does it come on every time? Check the message and delete it, if you have the nav system. Did you use the same bulbs? I did not get an error with these bulbs. I know some LED bulbs do cause errors if they do not have the resistors built in.
I think the bulbs do not have the built- in resistors which is causing the error. I'd suggest using the same ones above, if you can. But you can also search "9005 LED resistor" on Amazon and install that, that 'should' take care of the error. I say should because this is what I have read from other users- but I have not tested it myself.
friends I have the same tsx 2012, I just bought it and I want to change the daytime lights, like the ones in the video but I don't know which connector is if H11 or 9005. I would appreciate your help, greetings and excellent video !!!
I would search for 9005 blue led in Amazon or something similar. 9005 is the bulb size, you may want to check the description and make sure it has resistors so it does not show an error code on the dash.
You replaced the High Beam halogen bulb with a LED bulb, but it isn’t the regular day time running light. It will only work as normal High Beam light. Correct me if my understanding is wrong? Perhaps its different in Australia as I own Accord Euro Luxury 8th gen.
@@mustaphaqasab9241 my 2010 rl, I changed the high beams with an led bulb. My drls and high beam are the same bulb and share the shame socket. 9005/hb3. Well the drls work perfectly but when I flash or use my high beams they don't get any brighter. I have the check drl system code on my dash , so what canbus should I get. I really don't like drls to begin with so I'd rather my high beams work like they should
I am about to purchase this, but the product of description states If your High beam and DRL share the 9005, DRL will not work properly. This can’t be solved completely in all the market. If you mind, plz don’t buy. Any idea?
Hey I just bought these and replaced them but the acura is saying check the drl system....idk why they wont work and come on now. Do you know what is wrong
They're not supposed to throw an error, mine did not. Maybe you need to flip the connector so that the positive is going to positive and negative to negative. If you turn the car on while they're unplugged the car will give you a message, but you can dismiss it after they're plugged in. If not any of those I would check the fuse. It will indicate in the manual, but their is one fuse only that connect to the DRL.
Hey, I live in Canada and just purchased a 2010 Acura TSX (Base Trim), I am thinking of getting these but in order for me to order these through amazon I have to go through Amazon.ca (Canadian) These exact LED's are listed for $160.23. Now I have a couple questions for you, Do these LED's blind other drivers? did you have to adjust the positioning of the bulb to aim downwards? and also Am i guaranteed to not get a DRL Message on the dashboard? and also did you have to remove the battery in order to change the bulb? Thanks again and nice video.
$160 in CA is pretty expensive. They are $50 here in the states, I guess shipping costs more? The LEDs do not blind others, especially since they are only half brightness on DRL function. I never had a problem and I don't think they aim high either. Of course if your driving with hi-beams on they are blinding, but that is with any other bulb in a high-beam (high beams aren't meant to be used with other traffic). I can guarantee I have never gotten the DRL message with these bulbs in my car. I did not need to remove the battery to change the bulbs. It was a very easy twist off and change the bulbs for both sides.
Thank you for you're reply! You've answered all my questions. Do you think $160 is worth it ? Do you might happen to know other alternative LED's with built in resistors ? :/ again thanks for you're help and explanations
I don't know of any others that will work. $160 is expensive but still worth it if you really want it, never any issues with mine. I wouldn't spend that amount on lights, but some people prefer the whiter light and it may be worth it for them.
Hey, very informative and easy to follow video but I have a few questions before I attempt on my 2010 TSX. First, how do you remove the tank that's in front of the left headlight? And second, are the DRL and regular headlight the same bulb? I'm not a car person at all but I dont have the money to have someone else do it for me so I'm going to attempt this myself. Thanks in advance.
Are they still working well? Having issues with mine. I installed them in august 2018 on my tsx and one of the bulbs let water get into the housing. The led bulb still work, but now there is condensation in the housing. I have to try to figure out how get the moisture out. And with in days of noticing condensation in the housing my HID bulb no longer works. Not sure if it was a coincidence. It was not like water filled the housing. A few drops of water must have gotten in. Just enough to get condensation on the lense. Now i have a new project. Take off the bumper so i can get to the back of the head lamp housing to change the HID bulb. :|

Fuck!!!!!!!! I didn’t think of this. could of this
I just installed these LEDs, and there freaking amazing! It really looks great in my white TSX.Thanks for the recommendation.
Running Coyote can you repost the link? Seems to take me to just the amazon website no specific product. TAI
No error code?

Do you have a link or description of the ones you bought?
I purchased the same one mentioned in link, but only "high beam" works not the DRL. Anything I'm missing?
So......no resistors? No error codes ? No dash indication “lampnout”?
Hi i have a question does it work for other Acura because I have a 2013 Acura RDX can you tell me if it works for that car?
What else did you remove besides the water to have all that space? Mines too crowded and can’t fit my hand through.

what if your ballasts are gone. what do you do then?
Hi. I wanna connect hood led strip to my Acura TSX 2009. WHICH FUSE DO I NEED USE FOR RED WIRE?
Got the same type different brand on Ebay for $19
They work great
Do you have a link or description?
Can you do a video on how to do a bulb replacement install vid?
You didnt have to move the battery around on the drivers side?
I did this on my 2012 tsx but when I finish I got a drl signal light on my dash is that normal??
Does it come on every time? Check the message and delete it, if you have the nav system. Did you use the same bulbs? I did not get an error with these bulbs. I know some LED bulbs do cause errors if they do not have the resistors built in.
Blu-TSX yes it comes on every time I turn on the car. no I don't have the navigation I also did not use the same bulbs as you should i??

please share the link to purchase the bulbs ... ty
Did anyone reverse the polarity of thier wiring harness in order to get thier high beams to cut on with this name brand?
Does it work for daytime and high beam lights?
Yep, daytime it is half brightness. At high beam it is full brightness.
Can i use these for the fog lights instead without issues?
For your Acura was it the "9005/HB3"?
Yeah, I used 9005 for mine. The 9005/HB3 should fit.
How would it look if you used 8000k on the drl?
Where do I find blue daytime running lights for my 2010 Acura TSX ?
I would search for 9005 blue led in Amazon or something similar. 9005 is the bulb size, you may want to check the description and make sure it has resistors so it does not show an error code on the dash.
So no error codes with this kit?
Does it match the color of the low beam lights ?
Hi question with this bulbs it’s not necessary used decoder or any resistor for warning messages?
I don't get any error message with these bulbs.
Are daytime lights the same as regular head lights?
No they’re not those are two different bulbs
You replaced the High Beam halogen bulb with a LED bulb, but it isn’t the regular day time running light. It will only work as normal High Beam light. Correct me if my understanding is wrong? Perhaps its different in Australia as I own Accord Euro Luxury 8th gen.
they sell leds that work as both, a nice bright white drl and a very bright high beam

Can u upload how to change HID bulb?please and thank u.
What size is the bulb for the DRL?

They work fine. The DRL will be half brightness and the hi-beam will be full beignets.
3-4 years later, how have the bulbs lasted?
They're still going storng!
Would these bulbs work for the fog lights as well?
Yes it wil! I bright another pair for fog. The fog are h11 and drl is 9005 bulb

Blu-TSX that was it. Thank you I just had to flip them and now they are all set and awesome! Thank you very much, I love your vids!!
Exact same led installed plug and play and got the drl dasg light, why
Rudy Salas you need a error decoder
@@JonathanSanchez-hw8uy yea i figured after reading the supplier description. I was one of the unfortunate. But all is well now

It has been a little over a year. Just curious how they are holding up? Have you had any issues?
They've held up just fine. No issues, no difference in brightness... same as day one. The high beams function is very bright they work great!
Blu-TSX Thank you for replying back so quickly . Awesome video

Does the check DRL light come on?
These have a built-in resistor which prevents the DRL warning light from showing on the dashboard.
You need resistors with the DRL. It stops the jitter effect. Lol
It only looks like that in the video, to the human eye it doesn't do that
Looks like the LED has bad scatter
Nice 👍
Drl not headlight. Still a good video just a little misleading is all.
This guy barely replies to anyone's comment.
Most of the questions have been answered. A lot of questions are just repeated. I for one, think there is nothing more left to answer.
These fit on ACURA TL?
