I wonder about that too. Is it 20% of heavy box squat set or of 1RM box squat. I guess in the long run it doesn't matter that much? I mean, if it's 200kg box squat for 4 and 220kg box squat for 1, then it's a difference 40kg vs 44kg dumbell jumps. I don't think it matters

but why don't you do upper body dynamic effort at your program?
