I have really tight legs - Calves, hamstrings, ankles, everything! Near the end I got pins and needles in my legs especially behind the knee and my calves felt really solid. Is this something that should go away over time or do I need to try an easier routine?
Should my nose touch my knees in a forward fold or should it be on my shin. Everyone I see who does the pose get their noses to their shin and that's my goal. I just feel like I'm not doing it properly because my nose doesn't touch my shin.
At the beginning you will be able to touch with your nose, but the more you progress further you can go, so goal in to lay with belly on quads and head on shin. This way you will be able to keep your back straighter

Thanks. You are warming up with this exercises. First exercises is always for warm up (you don't need to do warm up cardio before stretching exercises, but you can if you feel better). That's why you are always starting slowly, with less intensity and stay a bit longer in a stretch. You muscles will relax after 1 minute in the stretch

Ja seveda, zelo priporočam! Ne rabiš se prej nič ogrevati samo z vajami začneš. Greš pa seveda postopno v razteg, z občutkom ;)
