Gerard, in his conversation with Angelique was telling her he was in love with a woman a long time ago and would dream about her. Translation, It was those words coming from Judah and he was referring to Miranda when he also said he would'nt help her.

Angelique was thinking that back then, she was Miranda who betrayed Judah Zachary, part of him may still be in love with Angelique/Miranda & swindle him of his power to her & Gerard/Judah Zachary refused. Wow, surprisingly, Prof. Eliot Stokes from 1970 came down from the mystery staircase that Quentin built and met Julia. Let's hope Prof Stokes will provide any clues of Barnabas's whereabouts.
Dark Shadow is so unique in this time, I have not seen any that could duplicate it with quality quantity today!!!
