Fransham Forge- Woodland Tour and Blacksmithing Courses!

- This week at Fransham Forge we are giving you a little tour around our woodland area and showing a little insight into what to expect on one of our course days! At the forge we are always trying to reduce our carbon footprint. A lot of our forging is now done with our forge force induction heaters to reduce emissions (contact us for more information- it's a game changer !) and we also care for and maintain our 4.5 acres of woodland which is currently teaming with life! This year we have sustained our bee hives, had a nest of wild bees, countless birds nests, rooks in a suitcase, king fishers, 2 chickens and our forge cat Tatty! During one of our blacksmithing days you can learn a new skill in a beautiful setting!
