I loved Alysha’s gnome wizard. It looks so cool and I personally love wizard characters. For a backstory for him I thought about what if he was enlisted in a war run by the wizard council he wants to be a part of and was trained as a special unit explaining the samurai armor and katana. But after being mistreated in training for being a gnome and having extra appendages, during a critical mission he snapped and ended up jeopardizing the mission and because of that he was discharged from the military. Because of this he swore vengeance on the council and took up the arcane craft to infiltrate them by joining their ranks and taking them down from within

Kat, your character looks like she would be looking over a battle, crouched on a cliff's edge, just waiting for her moment to gracefully leap into the battle and take the day.
Where's the horse though? A Lancer isn't going into battle without a steed!
I love Alysha's evil gnome samurai wizard! He's so ominous and threatening - which is somewhat tempered by the fact that he's probably very tiny!
I love that Kat's character has taken a sort-of submissive pose, yet has a very superior, regal head position. It feels like the character is arrogant and resistant no matter whoever or whatever is happening around her.

Extra fingers in prompt generated by ai sound like a revenge cause of hands being to complicate for ai to comprehed. It's the most ai thing ever done XD
I LOVE the idea of a lance that long being used as almost a greatsword/quarterstaff
A TTT+Insert Art roleplay collab would be a dream come true! Maybe also some swapping- you try roleplay and they try digital/traditional art.

I like the idea of giving your baby a character. I'd suggest creating a party mascot/pet. In the game I'm DMing for her, my sister is playing a druid and her five-year-old plays her animal companion. He really enjoys playing Scruffy the dire wolf and when get gets bored or stop playing attention she takes over. It's a great way to include a young kid without giving them a full character to run.
Great video, ladies..... these designs are great. I love that they're both Neutral Evil even though one has Paladin armour.
I like to think she wears the armour ironically, to poke fun at or to goad the actual Paladins in combat. She does it just to see the looks on their faces before she slices them up. :P

A collaboration with Tabletop Time sounds great, and some roleplay could be really fun. Both characters came out great, and I'd love to see more of the group.
With the oversized hat, face in shadow, and glowing eyes I feel like the gnome wizard accidentally became a more badass multiverse version of Orko from He-Man.
Ooh ooh ooh! Have the minis folks at TTT make all four of these characters for the OBVIOUSLY NECESSARY tabletop game that really should come Next! I think am far from first to suggest a collab for the game, but having an art collab as well would be so cool! You could also work with them to design the world sets for the game!!

I really like how Kat started with gesture drawings and silhouettes. I’ve never work that way and I really like how it established movement early.

Yes to baby hobbit! Y'all can find him on your journey and that's why you can't all go full tilt evil. Like, I would love to stab Regalia (your lance lady) and steal her soul, but this tiny child will try to grab my glowing sword and that's dangerous. Also Pangolas is basically a baby at heart and shouldn't be corrupted by violence. Meanwhile the plant lady, Belladonna, is trying to teach the baby to cus and throw flash bombs.
My mind kind of imploded at the line “what do you do with a big stick”, but I’m glad to see it was just a moment in discussion because… like, you can do literally anything with a big stick in a drawing
Kind of feels like your characters could work together to achieve their goals. Like if the paladin takes over she could force the gnome into the guild, and he would serve her faithfully in return.
Or they would work together to achieve their goals, all the while plotting ways to stab eachother in the back once they're achieved them.
@@MandatoryFruit , maybe. I'd like to imagine they would understand each other or at least mutually benefit from not betraying each other. The gnome can help her get the throne with his magic might and she'd get him where he wants to be and earn his gratitude and loyalty. Though what you claim could happen too. Maybe the paladin will try and take his power of something

There’s a wizard subclass called “blade singer” that mixes spells and sword attacks, that could be a really cool concept for Alyshas gnome
I love Kat's character design and art style. Divine, fits great with D&D illustration styles too!
I love how chill and relaxing they are to listen to.
Also, what is interesting about evil characters, they might even be people trying to do good things, only they think that end justifies the means, or maybe they are very loyal to their friends/master/family and are able to do anything for them, even very bad stuff. And they can even be very nice and friendly to those they are close to.

I think Kat’s character has given herself a title. Either because she has been lead to believe she is actually in line to rule, or because she will take the thrown by force. I love the gold in her armor, it’s so needlessly indulgent. I think her name could be Princess Aurum (aurum being the Latin word for gold). In the beginning no one addresses her as princess and scoffs at the idea but over time as she gains more power her followers and allies adopt it as her true title and name.

You wanted to know what to do with the characters. My Idea is: You had these Character-battle-Challenges (Ron vs Homer or Charmander vs Elsa). You could Art-Battle your Characters. Maybe even a kind of 2v2. Evil vs (Half-)Elves. And Jazza as Judge. He'll have such a hard time to decide the winner, because you all do such a good job.

When Alysha got Polydactyl evil wizard I immediately thought of maybe they got a hand of veccna to get into the wizard academy place and they kept rejecting him because the last time they let a evil wizard in it was veccna
A name for the gnome-guy; "Stretch". Long-ish fingers, short, I think it works perfectly.
Extra fingers in the show Magician give the main bad guy the ability to cast spells faster and some of higher levels as well as some unique spells so could run with that for the character

Let's see a comic book type thing with these characters. Maybe if not animated maybe story with illustrations of an adventurer and if you wanted could make it literally a random adventure by deciding everything by dice roles

I commented on a previous video that I’d had a dream where I was in a planning meeting with you lot and we decided to turn Ash into a D&D character!
Loved both of these characters!
When looking at Alysha's Gnomish Samurai/Sorcerer I immediately started thinking of Japanese names that I thought might fit the aesthetic. Nothing really fit, so I started thinking of random Japanese words. Eventually I landed on WATASHI. I feel like it might fit and its meaning is simple..."I". Considering this character was forced to the margins and must have spent the majority of their time alone, thinking of themselves in that way might have come naturally.
Looking at Kat's character made me think of a possible backstory of a child from a noble family, who was forced from her families estate/castle by her uncle who stole her Parent's lives and titles at the point of a blade. Now forced into the Badlands outside the gates of her former home, she is forced to fend for herself for years. Years later the now feral child is come upon by a barbarian clan who takes her on as a slave, relentlessly beating her to curb her aggressive and unyielding traits. Unable to beat this out of her, they sell her on to another clan, where the cycle begins again...with the same result. This continues time and again, sold from one Clan to the next, each trip earning her new facial scars from each new clan along with what is now the only name she knows, PARIAH. This is her life, until the day her Clan is attacked by a small patrol of Paladins (Once commanded by her father). The Paladins take pity on her and lead her back to their camp...so on and so forth.
I'm probably missing the mark, but it was a fun exercise regardless.

Paladin is actually a very interesting class if you don't frame them as a European crusader. They are holy warriors, but those come in a diverse swath of styles, especially when we start to dig into D&D canon religions or even non-canon religions. Cthulhian paladins, anyone?

Ok, I have an idea about the gnome; a "self fulfiling prophecy" kind of BG:
one of the three most important demon lords in D&D is Graz'zt, this demon lord is a well known schemer and deciever whom appears (in his natural form) as a 3m tall tiefling with, get that, 6 fingers in each hand.
Unbeknownst to the gnome (whom comes from the Kamon, the D&D counterpart of Japan, thus being ignorant about the past of the region the adventure takes place in), the city in which the guild he's trying to join in in the past suffered the dire consequences of one of Graz'zt schemes and now they are extemely paranoid towards anyone that can, in any way, be associated with the demon lord.
Obviously the gnome doesn't know any of that and being continuously treated with diffidence and straight up hatred ends up turning his attitude towards evil.
He doesn't care what they think of him anymore, he'll reach his goal, he'll join the mage guild, he'll take control of the guild, whether they like it or not.
"They want me to be the villain? Ok, I'll be the villain!"

When I saw the gnome wizard, I immediately thought of naming him "Zucchini the Great". I don't know why, something about mages and italian names feel alright. (Too much opera)
As for the fighter, I'd name her Regla or Regalia. Simple, to the point, short, sharp and strong. This villain won't give long speeches, she will just stab you to death and move on with her plans.
