Finally a property that is priced according to the genuine local economy, and not priced to be only for expats. Priced for the locals and not to push them out of their own country! I hope that we start to see more of this , not prices that are over rated, due to people only wanting to buy real estate for investment, with no desire to live and share life with the locals . Only looking to take advantage for the sake of greater profits in their own pockets , regardless of how it hurts the locals in the long run . All countries would, be better off if they only allowed purchase of property for the purpose of living in by the buyer .
