    Stunning location. It would be be lovely to work this beautiful land, but too old for such responsibility. Would need about two or three ranch hands to help. 👍❤️the house needs a little bit of work.

    Although I didn’t like the layout of the house, it’s a wonderful property. It gives those who strive to be food self sufficient a great start and is immediately habitable.

    A great deal on offer here. I like it. House needs to be reconfigured and seperate living areas of the house, buildings and land better linked. My main concern would be water retention on the land, it is bone dry.

      Thank you for your comment. Water is something that you don´t have to worry about with this property. It is normal to look like this after the hot summer.

      Hello! The buildings are currently as rural constructions but the house can be registered as urban for habitation.

      Hello! Yes it has a borehole with plenty of water all year round and two wells.

    How close to the nearest town with all amenities? Very nice place and very well presented. ❤👍 of course I'd renovate the main house to my taste. I could definately enjoy all the gardening there 🥰

    Hi Melanie, is the price inclusive of sale and government tax? Also how negotiable are the prices that you advertise? Thank you for your wonderful way you produce your videos and you have a really nice voice you speak English extremely well. I was wondering what country you are from, Holland I am guessing, keep up the good work!

      Hello, yes I am Dutch ;) Can´t get rid of that accent 🤔 Negotiation of price is a different situation on each property. After the viewing the buyer has a good idea of what is a fair price for it. Therefore sometimes it is spot on, sometimes a lower offer is made or even an higher offer! with the purchase you always pay transmission and stamp duty tax, but it is exempt of yearly property tax.

      Yes, and you will have to dig out the land around it first on the side. And the bedrooms in the back come out to the kitchen in the back.

      You can live in it full time. It is been lived in full time at the moment as well.

      It is exempt due to the age of the house

      That doesn't cover the add on though ie kitchen and bed room does it?Habitation licence would be nessasery then.Especially for insurance purposes.
