Great video! I am trying to change from the typical tbr approach to a "Pile of Possibilities." This works better for me as it takes away the pressure of reading everything and allows me to do some mood reading. I loved 11/22/63, definitely top tier King, in my opinion. Annihilation is on my radar, will be interesting to hear your thoughts. Happy Reading!
I started 11/22/63 last year but it was a soft DNF for me. I had just recently read another Stephen King and the vibe felt so similar I think I just needed to space them out. I do enjoy his writing style though (from the little I have read) so I do want to return to 11/22/63 at some point. Enjoy your July reading!
I really enjoyed The Secret History. The Joe Abercrombie trilogy is fun but I didn't love it as much as most. Annihilation I really liked too, and the film but it's not as good as Roadside Picnic which must be the influence. I've not read any of those discworlds so am interested to see how you find them.
@@AaronReadABook I’m enjoying Secret History so far and looking forward to the others. I may be the wrong reviewer on the Discworld’s, I’m inherently biased. 😂
Good luck with the reads! You've reminded me that I should finish up the Southern Reach trilogy. I quite liked Annihilation, Thanks for sharing.
Thanks man, I’m really looking forward to checking the Southern Reach

Yeah I reckon it’s a wiser approach going with a pile. I’m nearly don’t with 11.22.63 and I have agree it’s pretty top tier.

I get that. I enjoy King but then need a break from him after a while. Have to say 11/22/63 is one of his best in years.
@@TheBookThing Ooh that makes me more intrigued to get back to it!

If you don’t love 11/22/63 I will not survive haha
