I've been playing guitar since I was 7 years old and I am now 64 and I have learned from many different guitarists..... I have learned more in this lesson , from Mark than many other video lessons and teachers.thank you so much 😊

@@MarkZabel I can imagine it would that recording was to do the band justice it definitely wasn't for the singer but to his credit the tour with the school of Rock kids Jon Anderson was almost perfect

You know, that was actually very helpful to see you attempt to play those partial chords as full bar chords. Helped me to see a little better to see the concept. Just a tip for your teaching any other fans of yours that learn like I do!

Cord inversions are great and good to know.
And 3rths and b7ths are the "heart" Of dominant 7 Cords and they definie the sound. If the bass plays the root and/or the 5th, the cord sounds complete.

Thanks Kris! This is a compilation of a few older videos. I can't work this weekend, so didn't have a chance to put together a new video.

Hm. 🤔 The all-time master of the "less is more" credo is David Gilmour. No one can even remotely come close to him for the ability to convey a whole universe ideas with just...one...single...note. 😉
