    VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
    Hello friends!
So excited to share my version of these amazing crackers!
I say it on the video and I'll say it again: These crackers are NOT my very own recipe but rather my version of recipes I've seen elsewhere.
I first tasted Buckwheat Crackers at the Hippocrates health Institute a few years ago and I have also seen various versions of these tasty treats online. Cara Brotman, and others, have a recipe too.
I love them for their ease of making them and because they're so darn nutritious and delicious! It goes without saying Buckwheat is GLUTEN FREE.
Thank you so much for being here.

I'm shocked that you don't have a million followers. Keep posting regularly and you will. This is the first 'normal' raw food channel I've ever seen. And I've been following the raw food movement since 1998. I have so many beautiful recipe books before they went digital. And long before it was considered cool.

WOW.... Am a fan of dehydrating and am always looking for a new receipt to try. Especially for Backpacking trips. Well Tried this and again WOW I can't stop eating them. You just introduced me to Buckwheat and am finding great things to make with it. Have to illuminate my sugar intake to get rid of the Candida - it is very hard as everything has Sugar in it. Even fruit. But this - what a great substitute for flour crackers and bread. Thank you so much........

Will you do a video on your experience with hormones in your 40s? Did you start to experience anything different in your body? How about symptoms like pms - sore boobs, edema, etc...before your periods once approaching perimenopause ?
I’m in my mid-40s and for the first time in my life I’m getting PMS symptoms. I’ve eaten plant based (mostly raw) nearly all my life... I didn’t think we’d get hormonal shift symptoms - many social media raw foodist claim they never did since being raw. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Recipe is not written down, sorry.
Basically, soak the groats for at least 4 hours. Rinse well. I typically soak about two cups.
Place in Blender and add whatever veggies you have on hand. I love to add about 1/2 peeled zucchini and 1/2 sweet onion. Add the tahini, about 1/4 cup or less. Blend with tamper and spread onto reflex sheet. Add whatever toppings you want and dehydrate overnight, flip and dehydrate some more. You can't mess up raw food recipes. :)))

If you’re ever in the market for one, I highly suggest you tuck away this gem: Samson 10-tray stainless steel dehydrator. It runs around $250, it’s whisper quiet (seriously), has a larger fan than the most common brand, the door is glass and opens on hinges. I can’t say enough good things about it….it is manufactured in China, if that’s an issue for you, but aside from that, it’s an excellent value for a very high quality machine. Oh…and the trays are 14x15, so other accessories are compatible-like silicone tray liners (instead of disposable), silicone mesh sheets (so easy to wash), and all others you may prefer. Just a thought…could possibly be a holiday treat? All the best.
