Just to correct for anyone reading, #5 is actually wrong. She said to definitely not use cold water as it doesn't open up the cuticle of your hair, and doesn't allow it to get clean. Use lukewarm/warm water. Never cold, never scolding hot.
@@zoewallen621 If you want a protein heavy mask, a great DIY mask that for me also sooths my Seborrheic dermatitis and helped my scalp, is a Flaxseed gel mask :) Its very easy to make, and you can mix whatever you want in it. It is high protein though, so if you need moisture instead don't use this. Personally using this mask 1x a week with some rosemary essential oil and an oil blend has helped my hair strength, hairloss (a little) and seborrheic derm, so for protein masks I'd definitely recommend this!

I was so worried after I recently started exfoliating, massaging and oiling regularly 'cause I was shedding so much more than I used to. You just lifted a weight off of my heart, I was so scared I was losing hair. Thank you!!
@@katm8128 its usually because your hair is not used to oiling and massaging...so after the first few times it's gonna get better and show good results..and also make sure to not over oil ur hair and be gentle when its oiled ... and if you are starting your oiling and massaging journey once a week will be enough and dont over do it as well ... happy hair journey 👍

Coming from someone with thick hair, I can 100% agree that what she said about blow drying your hair can be healthier is true. I’ve noticed a huge difference blow drying my hair vs air drying it. My hair looks and feel so much softer, shinier, and is way less frizzy!
14:34 THANK YOU!! For years I've suffered from back acne and I'm like omg my shampoo and conditioner are breaking me out!! I really sat here and watched this whole 18 minute video because it was so beyond helpful. As someone who has an irritated and sensitive scalp, THANK YOU !!!

Thank you for not lying about speeding hair growth. I’m so tired of people saying that a product or something in their fridge somehow defies the basics of human biology.
I cannot even tell you how much you've helped me, it's truly amazing. I'm part japanese, I've always had super thick hair but it's so weird bc my hair dries with the exact same wave pattern as yours, and it's like the same texture and everything. I've always been attached to my hair, but since finding your tiktok months ago I feel so much more in control of the end result. You and your hair inspires me and helps me see what I COULD do if I worked as hard. I recently made my own rosemary/lavendar oil, and I've only used it about 5-6 times but I think it's helping. My scalp feels a lot healthier, like it's not as itchy or oily. Also, the tip about washing AFTER haircare. OMG I've been dealing with BAD body acne for years, and in the past 2 months it's gotten 10x better from this tip alone. I still have body acne, (I'm 17 with the gnetics for it after all) but it's never been this good. I'm still with my parents and I can't buy my own products and my parents always get literally Suave hair stuff every time. I've been trying to find a shampoo/conditioner set that would work for under like $10-$15 per bottle. I would REALLY love a video where you explain how to put together a product list at different price points, I think a lot of us could benefit from that.
That’s what happens when your mixed … my hair is thick af, but I have these weird ass kinky curly part around the crown area. It’s so fuckin weird . Then the front of my hair curls . Ugh then my widows peak… that bitch never and I mean NEVER listens to me .

I feel the same! I have super straight hair, but I also enjoy watching 4c haircare content. I learn a lot about different hairtypes and how to appreciate them. Also I learned a lot about hair oils because of 4c 3c hair content creators. Love it
This is seriously the best video I've watched when it comes to hair care, I've been into it for a couple years now and still had plenty of misconceptions and doubts that have been cleared with just this one video!! I love you for this ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Normally when I see routines with lots of steps and products I don’t bother but that hair totally looks worth the whole process. Your hair is GORGEOUS!! Thank you for sharing! I’m going to try it.
This was the most informative hair care video I’ve watched yet. I really appreciate the explanation of science behind it. Thank you! I’m going to completely change my hair routine and see how it goes :)
I loved this video and all the points you make about the “rules” because I’m constantly having to break them. I also appreciated your note about how much hair fall is normal especially after several days because i always feel like i lose a lot… but it’s really not all that much LOL
i've always been using these tips, and these tips have done SO MUCH to my hair. its gone very thick and shiny also, dont know bout the shine? but its way healthier and my hairfall was pretty bad before and now its normal. It takes time, but its WORTH IT! gl to everyone
I recently got into haircare because even though my hair looks healthy it was falling off tew much. Watching different videos and content creators I honestly feel like you are the only one that says things actually backed up by science. Not trying to belittle empirical knowledge on haircare BUT there is a difference when there are so many different kinds of scalps and oils and treatments for each one. I also feel like we have similar hair and similar issues and the thing about hair looking better after blow drying it is so so true, I stopped doing it because I wanted to go a while without heat on my hair but it does look/feel better. Thank you for this vid! I am a new subscriber and I'll be updating my journey here too!
Can I just say thank you? My hair has been a frizzy mess for as long as I can remember, I've tried so many different methods and products it was just ridiculous. I tried your tips, it's only been 2 weeks and I'm in awe of how not-frizzy my hair is. Mids-ends are soft and in order, roots are a little frizzy still but less so than before. Your tips have been like a godsend, thank you, really, it worked wonders for me.
Literally love you so much…your nail videos literally inspired me to start doing my nails myself and I’m getting better each day❤. Also really love your hair videos, all your videos in general have been of great help🥹
I had to write this because my hair is HEALTHY AND ITS SHINY, and it's not been this way for an year now! Your tips really helped with my hair as it's thick too and I have less hair loss these days! Amazing just amazing
girl i’ve been watching your videos for the last hour and a half. i have over $100 in products in my cart and $100s more on my wishlist. you have saved my life and my hair thank you for your service 🤞🏼
Hey girl! I appreciate the time you took to film this video. I learned so much! I have the problem where one area of my scalp stays oily even after I wash it and hearing you say that separating the hair helps with that makes me feel so relieved. I will definitely be following all of these tips. Your hair's gorgeous and you're gorgeous. Again, thank you so much! ❤
Heyy! I had EXACTLY the same problem until a few months ago. I started using a tea tree shampoo that a friend of mine recommended and it was a real lifesaver haha amzn.to/3DSaRXw This is the shampoo, it's from OGX and it freshens your scalp and doesn't dry other parts of your hair. I hope this tip is useful for you!
@@isaboomen8802 Hi! I'll definitely give that one a try! I've heard good things from OGX but never got a chance to try it. If it worked for you, then hopefully it'll work for me. Thanks!
Ohhh, it makes more sense now. I have type 4 hair and I kept wondering why I had more hair shedding. It’s because of the oil I put once every week, two or three days before washday and the scalp massager I began using once a week with my shampoo. Thank you for this video.☺️
Okay so I’m just now watching this and I’ve recently started my hair care journey. Every time I shower (which is like every 3-5 days ish) and use a massager, it feels like half a head of hair falls out. I’m glad you touched on the subject of hair shedding because I genuinely thought I was doing more harm then good lol thanks for the tips!!
This is very informative, I had a pretty solid hair care routine but I feel like implementing some of your tips will bring me to the next level. Thank you- I used to leave my oil in over night!
What I did for my hair fall control. I mixed 3-4 drops of rosemary oil in my liitlexteral cocooninon shampoo during application and I kept on doing this for a 3-4 months and I noticed my hair fall decreased so much.
Honestly, I was really frustrated and experimented with a range of treatments, but nothing seemed effective until I began using Liittlexttra cocooniion shampoo. My hair fall has decreased significantly. It’s a huge relief.
The thing you said about blow drying being better for some people is so interesting! I have super thick, long hair and it takes around 4-5 hrs to dry. If I don’t put up the top half of my hair in a bun, the bottom will basically never dry. I’ve been trying to do air drying, but it always ends up worse than when I blow dry!
Thank God for people like you who do our research for yourself & us, cuz i know I won’t get that far or deep into searching (maybe i could, but it hasn’t happened yet). That’s why everything is just shocking to me. There are mistakes “as in a in mistakes” you mentioned that I’ve been doing to my hair since i was young on the thoughts (from what I’ve heard) that it’s good for my hair and wondering why it taking forever to see results! So glad you’re “sharing” this and taking the time to explain well. The conditioner one too is WELL informing. Thank you again ✨🤍
OK so I've been struggling with itchy scalp, that is a little oily and sometimes simultaneously dandruffy somehow. And I have curly hair and my ends tend to get pretty dry. I've talked to my hair dresser as well as dermatologists about my scalp because it's super annoying and none of them could really help me thus far. What you're saying in this video sounds super logical. Definitely gonna try that routine for awhile. I'll keep you updated ✌🏻
Definitely try a scalp scrub or clarifying shampoo to remove build up, but also use a mask or leave in conditioner for the ends to regain some moisture. You might have to wash more regularly because sometimes more oily hair can be more harmful than washing more consistently. I have seborrheic dermatitis and I learned that the more oilier my hair is the more dandruff appears.
You have fine, thick, and wavy hair?? Finally I’ve found someone who has my hair type 😭😭😭 Once I save up more money I’m definitely coming back to try this cause I want to improve my hair so bad
Yes if you let your hair be wet for too long it bothers your scalp and makes your hair feel mushy. I have been searching UA-cam for healthy hair routines, I really like yours, it is definitely working too your hair is glorious! I have reached the point of needing to change everything about my haircare due to insanely hard water and well water bacteria and all sorts of gross unhealthy damaging things present in our water. I ordered a small portable pressure washer with a tank from Amazon and I am going to be washing my hair only with filtered water. The water in my city makes it so that you can not rinse anything from your hair, the minerals make everything stick and you get a sticky smelly plastic like coating on your scalp and hairs. I have had rashes, my hair has thinned and fallen out, I can’t color my roots, nothing with penetrate the buildup. I stopped washing my hair in my shower water 3 days ago. Since then I have only rinsed and rubbed my hair and scalp with warmed up filtered water, it is slowly getting better, the water isn’t as dirty and sudsy as the first few days. I have been relying on chelating shampoo and shower head filters for a year and unable to condition because the buildup just won’t break down enough. Enough is enough! We can’t afford a water softener yet, I got the quote from Culligan and daaaaaaang, gonna be a minute to save for that bad boy! So for the time being I am just going to use my little pressure washer and start rehabilitating my hair. Thank you so much for all of your information!
My hair has gotten soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much thicker and longer since i started this routine, i owe it all to u. YOU ROCK GIRLY POPS!!!!!!!
I only wash my hair every 5-7 days, so this was really helpful. I'm also on a journey of understanding the science behind hair care. Highly recommend delving into understanding your hairs porosity! Absolutely changed how I treat my hair.
I grew my hair out since covid and finally admitted defeat that I didn't really know what I was doing (for a guy thats difficult ok😞). This is teaching me so much, enlightning me even on how to do hair care better. Thank you!
1. Detangle: Detangle from ends 2. Scalp stimulation: Use a Bamboo brush 3. Hair oiling 1: rosemary oil (minoxidil) Don't oil too much bcz it wud need as much shampoo and it'll dry out your hair 4. Scalp massager: 30 min 5. Hair oiling 2: Argan and jojoba oil mids and ends Tie loosely to avoid breakage. Leave for 3-4 hours. Never brush hair after oiling else, it'll cause breakage. Don't leave hair overnight bcz it clogs the follicles. 6. Shampoo: Keratin Biotin ones for better growth. Avoid silicone/sulphate ones Use lukewarm water only. Wet your hair completely. Shampoo only the roots. 7. Double cleanse: Do this if you're washing hair after 5 days or so. Shampoo second time with rosemary essential oil. 8. Scalp exfoliation to remove build up: Apply scalp scrub on shampooed hair. Do this 1-2 times a month. Wring out hair before using hair mask/ conditioner else it dilutes the products. 9. Hair mask: Apply before conditioner, not after. Brush hair (gently) if that suits you. Rinse off after 4-5 min 10. Conditioner: Apply only to mids and ends. Leave for 3 min and rinse off. Applying to roots will result in build up on scalp and can cause dandruff if not exfoliated regularly. 11. Wash face and body after hair in that sequence to avoid body acne. 12. Wrap hair in a microfiber towel and leave for 10 min. 13. Leave-in conditioner/detangler and hair oil 2-3 drops before drying out hair. 14. Blow dry (if it suits you): Apply heat protectant first. 15. Before bed: Oil mids and ends with 2-3 drops. Sleep with silk cap on
I'm not a cosmologist but I've always wanted to be one. I already knew this from the start. Ever since I was three years old I've always been interested in hair care. Now I do my own hair and my hair is flourishing. Love how you explained everything in detail. ❤
Minoxidil is rogaine , yea rosemary oil works. I suffer from trich (I pull my hair out of my scalp) and it’s been helping my hair grow back. Thanks for the info ❤
I just recently started being consistent with my hair oiling and you just comforted me so much with the hair shedding thing lol It's never clumps thank goodness, but I was getting concerned lol thank you
I can see a lot of improvement in my hair. I 've been using reactivate hair serum of liittllextraa for 4 months. It has become routine. Especially, very little hair fall that you can't even notice. Furthermore, my hair has grown longer with new hair growth and volume has particularly increased. I am really excited with the result.
Someone suggested pilgrim serum, and I tried it for 2 months, but it didn't work. After that, after seeing this, I began using the reactivate serum, and it’s just 1 month, I am seeing good results for new hair growth.
i cleanse my hair five times each month with coocoonion hair shampoo and use reactivaate hair serum once daily. i additionally use cocooonion hair oil and hair conditioner 4 times a month. following this routine for a few months has resulted in positive results
I found this video weeks ago after looking for ways to help my dry, colour damaged hair. In two weeks my hair has done a complete 180! Thank you thank you so much. You are my hair guru now. My hair is glossy. Glossy! And has never felt healthier. Even after I went a year without colouring my hair.
This is the first video i saw for hair oiling and having a good hair care routine :) it helped so much to understand my hair and what it needs ^^ your Videos are amazing
Wow, this was a great video. I have never done scalp exfoliating, but now I know what is going on with my hair 'cause it changes. I have been coloring my hair since 6th grade ....all kinds of different colors. I know that I need to extra moisturize due to the damage. And I have had a perm...tres horrific salon burnt results, plus my hair is like a wig, a big thick wig....that is going to do whatever it wants to do. Usually, a salon promotes only ONE specific product brand...fini...that is it. Your vid was so informative. ....and the proof is your hair 'cause it looks so bouncy, healthy & great. Thank you for sharing!
I’m actually so glad I pressed on this video because the amount of good information she gives is so helpful. I think this is the best video about taking care of hair I’ve watched yet, thank you 💗
I just have to say your doing such a good job! I've been flowing you for a long time and you just explain things so well for people to understand. I do not have a UA-cam but been obsessed with hair since I was a kid. I am going to purchase the hair books soon and can't wait to learn more! Thanks girl you are amazing
Thanks for such an informative video, I have not seen someone making video of their routine with knowledge of the ingredients and what it does. You r a star ⭐️
oh I was really looking forward to this video!! I just love hair care, so it was very interesting to see someone else's care! I would really like to recommend hair serums, this was my recent discovery and just a huge love! thank you so much for this video, you are gorgeous and your hair 2! 💕⭐
i know i am very small but i really want to be a cosmetologist when i'm older and i am really interested in taking good care of my hair! Thank you for this video it is awesome! :)
When it comes to conditioners and hair masks, I recommend checking the ingredients. Products may have similar ingredients but different nomenclature. All oils and butters will seal proteins (e.g. hydrolyzed keratin) and humectants (e.g. glycerin, panthenol).
I watched this video and immediately started implementing many of the things that you suggested and noticed the BEST difference in my hair! Thank you Kayli!
thank you for sjowing how much hair you lost during washing. i usually get freaked out by the amount but you put me at ease now that i have an amount to compare to
recently i got a mielle bottle and only used it once, i shower and shampoo my hair a couple times a week. i dont use conditioner for some reason. but ive been wanting to do more to care for my hair and i feel like this channel is good. i have thick curly redish brown hair. im growing it out and its at my shoulders now. i have been keeping it all natural with no coloring or bleaching done and no heat has been used at all since its been cut all the way off. my mom is a professional hair stylist and i may be getting a smoothing treatment done in about a week. for about a few months while it has been growing i feel like i havent done the best with it bc of me tying it up most days and have been twisting it tight with my fingers. im trying to stop and to take action to make sure itll grow in better and just be healthier. i want to grow it all out to about my chest. im a trans girl and havent started estrogen yet. sorry that ive been rambling, but if anyone has any advice or anything. id appreciate it. ill be watching this channel so i can learn more and over time have better hair. i think thats all.
I have to admit, I was incredibly skeptical because I've tried multiple hair routines, etc. to make my hair become, even a little, manageable lol I have 2a hair and it's always frizzy, dry and just irritating. I'm in my 30's and still trying things and I can only say wow. This video helped me and it's only been one day. I can see and feel the difference. I still have some dry ends to work on but I do believe this will get me there. Thank you so much ❤️
I had 4c hair that was really hard to take care of. It was frizzy, dry, and extremely hard to comb so I chopped it all off. All of it. I want to start afresh. Seeing how u have done enough research about hair and how it has helped you achieve such healthy looking hair is encouraging. It shows that with enough dedication, research and ofc money I can achieve the hair growth, health, and moisture that I want so thank you for this and God bless you!!!!!
the info about the hair shedding helps so much. i hate seeing how much hair i lose in the shower and when i brush my hair that i was always hesitant to start the oil treatment and scalp massaging process def going to incorprate this into my routine now though
I have Telogen Effluvium from Covid. Been dealing with extensive hair shedding for over a year now, and typically with Telogen Effluvium you lose 300-500 hairs a day. Once my hair is back to normal (pray it's soon, yall lol) I'll be giving this routine a shot to kick things off right! I for sure am going to try the Kerotin shampoo & conditioner you recommended. Thank you for this video!
I don't know if I lost it or something, but I was wondering how long you wait in between to do this routine? Is it every 3~5 days for every product? sorry if you mentioned it and I didn't catch it! as always, it was very informative, and we have similar hair types, so I'd love to implement some of your stuff into my routine!! thank you sm 💕
-scalp exfoliation - once or twice a month -clarifying shampoo once or twice a month too -hair mask is once a week Didn't really catch the oilimg but i think it was once or twice a week
I really appreciate how on your list of products you list cheaper ones to use! I'm gonna apply some of these tips to my own hair especially since it might be damaged from dyeing it different colors
2 mins in and I already feel validated because I use a bamboo brush (because it looks fancier than the plastic ones lol but let's pretend I knew the scalp stimulation benefits all along)
i wish products like this are accesible for places like me where amazon dont really work, hair shop are hard to come by be it online or physical shop. your hair look sooo nice 🥺
I'm black, no curl pattern and I don't relax my hair much but it is relaxed. My hair soaks up moisture. But I can't really put water on it. It gets tangled badly. So I have to moisturize a lot. I do oil and use a bamboo brush myself, but my hair grows fast. So when my scalp itches, it's not dirty or dandruff, it's growth. But it's so thick. Since I was little. I love my bamboo brush. I feel it detangles better. But I wash way less than you do. Unless my hair is stinking, it doesn't need to be washed much. That dries it out way worse. I heard deep conditioning it weekly will help. I'm going to try that, but I love your tips.
Hi Kayli, I absolutely love your channel and your content! I'm a huge fan of how you explain everything to us! So easy to understand! Thank you so much for everything! 💕 I still have some questions though: 1. I wash my hair once a week and I am always oiling my hair on wash day. But I would also love to use a chemical exfoliant. Do I use it after the oiling, 10 minutes before the shower? Or how does this fit into my routine? 2. How do I know what's best for my hair? (blow dry or air dry) 3. I would say that my hair is generally quite healthy. But on top of my head (outer layer at the crown) my hair is half the length. I don't know if that's breakage or regrowth. If it breakage I have no idea where it comes from and how to change it. Please help! 💕💕💕💕

thank u!
I LOVE YOUUUUU!!!!!!
Coming from someone with thick hair, I can 100% agree that what she said about blow drying your hair can be healthier is true. I’ve noticed a huge difference blow drying my hair vs air drying it. My hair looks and feel so much softer, shinier, and is way less frizzy!
it definitely looks better for me too! but do you notice any long term effects? i don't want to have hair falling out later on etc
How can I make it easier 😭 it's so much effort to blow dry my thick hair
@@simon-bx6zm maybe part your hair into sections or just blow dry the majority of it and let the rest air dry
I started blow drying my hair too, it helps a ton, and is worth it
@@simon-bx6zm I only blow-dry in parts I know will take forever to air dry lol
14:34 THANK YOU!! For years I've suffered from back acne and I'm like omg my shampoo and conditioner are breaking me out!! I really sat here and watched this whole 18 minute video because it was so beyond helpful. As someone who has an irritated and sensitive scalp, THANK YOU !!!
Same I’m just not old enough to afford shampoo or conditioner and they won’t get another shampoo or conditioner for me😅😭
I found this body acne scrub, used it, cleared it right up
Gurll i love the fact that you are honest about the hair care routine and not just saying that this routine makes your hair grow overnight..and the products and their ingredients are really good for mostly every hair type.. definitely gonna try it out..love u ❤️
Thank you for not lying about speeding hair growth. I’m so tired of people saying that a product or something in their fridge somehow defies the basics of human biology.
Literally the most informative hair care routine I have seen so far, no nonsense, no promoting products, straight to the point
The OGX brand and Shea Moisture make good inexpensive hair care!
Also the Raw Sugar brand if it’s available near you
That’s what happens when your mixed … my hair is thick af, but I have these weird ass kinky curly part around the crown area. It’s so fuckin weird . Then the front of my hair curls .
Ugh then my widows peak… that bitch never and I mean NEVER listens to me .
Try Garnier whole blends, it's inexpensive and is really good, It really makes hair shine and less frizzy, 100% recommend it :))

Normally when I see routines with lots of steps and products I don’t bother but that hair totally looks worth the whole process. Your hair is GORGEOUS!! Thank you for sharing! I’m going to try it.
Your research is so amazing, i can believe evry word you say thus. Your editing is so smooth, no time wasting and subtle bgm and not talking too much
This was the most informative hair care video I’ve watched yet. I really appreciate the explanation of science behind it. Thank you! I’m going to completely change my hair routine and see how it goes :)
Ben videoyu izledim ama ingilizce bilmediğim için anlayamadım lütfen bana yardımcı olur musunuz
Hey, so how did it went?
I loved this video and all the points you make about the “rules” because I’m constantly having to break them. I also appreciated your note about how much hair fall is normal especially after several days because i always feel like i lose a lot… but it’s really not all that much LOL
Finally one influencer that is getting the thing right!
i've always been using these tips, and these tips have done SO MUCH to my hair. its gone very thick and shiny also, dont know bout the shine? but its way healthier and my hairfall was pretty bad before and now its normal.
Any updates??
Can I just say thank you? My hair has been a frizzy mess for as long as I can remember, I've tried so many different methods and products it was just ridiculous. I tried your tips, it's only been 2 weeks and I'm in awe of how not-frizzy my hair is. Mids-ends are soft and in order, roots are a little frizzy still but less so than before. Your tips have been like a godsend, thank you, really, it worked wonders for me.
I started doing this about 3 weeks ago and I (and others) have noticed a big difference by doing this routine! I am so in love with my hair 💛
Literally love you so much…your nail videos literally inspired me to start doing my nails myself and I’m getting better each day❤. Also really love your hair videos, all your videos in general have been of great help🥹
The volume & movement in your hair is lovely
I had to write this because my hair is HEALTHY AND ITS SHINY, and it's not been this way for an year now! Your tips really helped with my hair as it's thick too and I have less hair loss these days! Amazing just amazing
girl i’ve been watching your videos for the last hour and a half. i have over $100 in products in my cart and $100s more on my wishlist. you have saved my life and my hair thank you for your service 🤞🏼
Started my hair journey recently with your TikTok’s after dealing with stress shedding. And I’m only a few weeks I can already see a difference!
I started using a tea tree shampoo that a friend of mine recommended and it was a real lifesaver haha amzn.to/3DSaRXw
This is the shampoo, it's from OGX and it freshens your scalp and doesn't dry other parts of your hair.
I hope this tip is useful for you!
@@isaboomen8802 Hi! I'll definitely give that one a try! I've heard good things from OGX but never got a chance to try it. If it worked for you, then hopefully it'll work for me. Thanks!
@@marie2737 Goodluck!
Ohhh, it makes more sense now. I have type 4 hair and I kept wondering why I had more hair shedding. It’s because of the oil I put once every week, two or three days before washday and the scalp massager I began using once a week with my shampoo. Thank you for this video.☺️
I especially loved when you said you use a silk cap/wrap for your hair, very important! Thanks again
You’re such a great narrator. Great choice of words and wording, fr. I enjoyed this video! Can’t wait to try it
This entire routine looks like it feels so nice on the scalp!!
I'm SO GLAD I found you!! I love your channel SO MUCH!!
I have the same issue, I’m going to try too
@@oceanesdiary same here
Exactly the same as you
Definitely try a scalp scrub or clarifying shampoo to remove build up, but also use a mask or leave in conditioner for the ends to regain some moisture. You might have to wash more regularly because sometimes more oily hair can be more harmful than washing more consistently. I have seborrheic dermatitis and I learned that the more oilier my hair is the more dandruff appears.

I have started to get wayy into caring for my hair for about a year now and I'm so happy to learn more things. Thank you 🤍
Yes if you let your hair be wet for too long it bothers your scalp and makes your hair feel mushy.
What kind of pressure washer did you get from Amazon? I need one Thanks
My hair has gotten soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much thicker and longer since i started this routine, i owe it all to u. YOU ROCK GIRLY POPS!!!!!!!

Waah now days I shower every morning this is so helpful and great honesty I was surprised actually from some new info Tysm
Thank you!
Oiling my hair everyday and spacing out my washes has had the biggest impact out of all steps for me 🫶🏼
1. Detangle: Detangle from ends
2. Scalp stimulation: Use a Bamboo brush
3. Hair oiling 1: rosemary oil (minoxidil)
Don't oil too much bcz it wud need as much shampoo and it'll dry out your hair
4. Scalp massager: 30 min
5. Hair oiling 2: Argan and jojoba oil mids and ends
Tie loosely to avoid breakage. Leave for 3-4 hours.
Never brush hair after oiling else, it'll cause breakage.
Don't leave hair overnight bcz it clogs the follicles.
6. Shampoo: Keratin Biotin ones for better growth. Avoid silicone/sulphate ones
Use lukewarm water only.
Rinse off after 4-5 min

I already knew this from the start.
Ever since I was three years old I've always been interested in hair care.
Now I do my own hair and my hair is flourishing.

Minoxidil is rogaine , yea rosemary oil works. I suffer from trich (I pull my hair out of my scalp) and it’s been helping my hair grow back. Thanks for the info ❤

I just recently started being consistent with my hair oiling and you just comforted me so much with the hair shedding thing lol It's never clumps thank goodness, but I was getting concerned lol thank you
Thank you so much for showing us what normal hair loss looks like! It eases my mind to see that it’s pretty normal to see strands of hair falling out.

It shows that with enough dedication, research and ofc money I can achieve the hair growth, health, and moisture that I want so thank you for this and God bless you!!!!!
the info about the hair shedding helps so much. i hate seeing how much hair i lose in the shower and when i brush my hair that i was always hesitant to start the oil treatment and scalp massaging process
def going to incorprate this into my routine now though
Wow, this really inspired me to get my hair care together! Looooved the result :)
I have Telogen Effluvium from Covid. Been dealing with extensive hair shedding for over a year now, and typically with Telogen Effluvium you lose 300-500 hairs a day. I really appreciate how on your list of products you list cheaper ones to use! I'm gonna apply some of these tips to my own hair especially since it might be damaged from dyeing it different colors

Hi Kayli,
I absolutely love your channel and your content! I'm a huge fan of how you explain everything to us! So easy to understand! Thank you so much for everything! 💕
I still have some questions though:
1. I wash my hair once a week and I am always oiling my hair on wash day. But I would also love to use a chemical exfoliant. Do I use it after the oiling, 10 minutes before the shower? Or how does this fit into my routine?
2. How do I know what's best for my hair? (blow dry or air dry)
3. I would say that my hair is generally quite healthy. But on top of my head (outer layer at the crown) my hair is half the length. I don't know if that's breakage or regrowth. If it breakage I have no idea where it comes from and how to change it. Please help! 💕💕💕💕
I’m wondering about your first question too.. I also use a exfoliating shampoo first before my regular shanpoo
I would never use exfoliants. Also not on the face. It is just not something I believe in
