Been shooting Slick Trick standards for more than 13 years. I have never lost a deer & that’s a fact. Plus recovered many pigs. They are awesome. And if a big boar runs off with an arrow you haven’t lost a fortune. Wished you had been able to test the new DeePower 3 blade fixed.

I have shot several of different heads since becoming bow only in 93. The Slick-trick with my low poundage stopped and didn’t give me passthroughs on several shots and limiting my blood trail. I chalked it up to the steep angle of the blades and moved on to a better head. I shot the iron will heads last year and they were exactly what I have been looking for in my bow hunting!!! 💪🏻👍

Tis the season for broadhead tests all over UA-cam. I believe that heads should be tested in different categories. Fixed (3/4 Blade), Expandables , and 2 blade. It's impossible to get realistic comparisons all grouped together in my opinion. Pick a handful in each category and then do the test. Select the best in each one after that.

I 100% recommend the QAD Exodus. Line the blades up with your fletching sand they fly pure. Just shot a deer this morning with them, and it went through the deer and into the tree behind it. Deer went 40 yards and none of the blades on the broadhead are messed up even after pulling it out of the tree

Would love to see another test like this with a 40 pound bow at 25 inch draw for comparison. So many tests are done with 70 pound bow at 30 inches. i think it would be neat to see 4mm to 5mm comparison. Light vs heavy setups for arrows. I think it be good for smaller stature hunters out there to give them some guidance.

From a Pro Archer I will say Levi Morgan Doesn’t mean Crap. He shoots paper targets and gets free hunts constantly. I shoot against him. Second of course the swhacker didn’t have any bent blades through the plywood as

First Levi Morgan shoots 3D's which are made out rubberized foam not paper He is by far the most accomplished 3D shooter the sport has ever seen but you know that because you shoot against him. We know you really don't shoot against him, you just pay your registration fee in the pro class then get waxed by Levi at every shoot. Levi has killed more animals then you most likely have ever set your eyes on. I'm not a Schwacker fan by any means but give credit where credit is due. I don't really care how Levi goes on a hunt if it free or paid for, the bottom line is when he draws back his bow the game is taking a dirt nap!

We've been testing 100-grain heads in this test since its inception mostly due to the fact that these are statistically the most popular weight. Having said that, know that most every award-winning head over the years is also available in 125 grains. And we would have no trouble depending on those 125-grain models to exhibit the same type of accuracy, durability and penetration characteristics as their 100-grain brothers.
