What attachment is that to drill over the J hook? I can’t drill past half in or so due to socket depth

Bought a tool box does not have any holes.
Now what do I need to do? ( keep in mind I am female and 68 young)

I would see how it’s intended to be installed if they don’t have holes. You may need to have someone help you drill holes through the box and into the truck bed to secure it with nuts and bolts
