Type 4 is called releative distance and not theory of releativity(This is albert einstein spacetime theory) and your explaination on why we should add and subtract the speed are not proper BUT

Trains run along the line from Bidston (on the Wirral) to Wrexham (in North Wales) at the rate of 1 per hour in each direction. It is proposed to increase the frequency to be one train every 15 minutes in each direction. A train from Bidston to Wrexham takes 50 minutes, whilst a train from Wrexham to Bidston takes 40 minutes, as it does not need to stop at Hope, a station along the route. The first train is to leave Bidston at 0700 and the first train is to leave Wrexham at 0715. How many trains are needed to run the service?
