    You missed Chest out cue, bro. That is very helpful. In my opinion, pulling the slack from the bar creates tightness in the body, but doesn't necessarily straighten the back. The chest out cue will. So, what I do is: Chest out, pull the slack(at this point I feel the tension in the lats), and then lift

    When i start with shins touching the bar, while dropping the weight back to the ground, sometimes the bar rolls and hits my shin. You missed on how to drop the weight part. Would be good to start the next dl video there
