I didnt know where to go to show my gratitude. I started my journey in feb this year and i have been doing a couple of workouts here a mixture of cardio and pilates for atleast 4 days a week. Am glad to say that my body has experienced great change and i feel more happy and healthy. I encourage everyone here that as long as there is will give it your best you wont regret.❤❤

I did this just now and I’m dripping in sweat, I’m a gym girl but never really do HIIT, or Pilates. Has definitely changed my mindset on incorporating this type of training in my workouts. 🙏🏼

I love this!! I can't do anything that is going from laying to standing during workouts and I get exercise induced anxiety from the adrenaline if I do too much to fast ...THIS IS PERFECT FOR ME!! NOTHING LIKE THIS ON THE NET! Thank you! ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
I see nothing improper. It is not like you are on bikini. We are exercising, with our natural body figure. Be proud of yourself, and not find fault where there isn't. Are we supposed to exercise with winter coat or full body armour on us? I mean, don't mind the negative weird responses, thanks for an excellent workout.
