Today I am sharing my Top 5 dress patterns. I really hope you enjoy this episode. I have tried to include as many variations of each pattern as possible for you to see.

So many gorgeous dresses, Amelia! I would just love to steal your wardrobe :D I think my favourites are the short-sleeved Wildergown and the Lyra dress with the button placket all the way to the bottom (but they are all amazing)

You make such beautiful clothes Amelia! I am very envious of your wardrobe. I need to stop letting my apprehension hols me back and just get on and give some of these woven patterns a go!
Thank you for your comment! And yes the best way to get started is to go for it (it can be a bit scary though I do understand)! If you are uncertain about a technique. Cut the pieces from scraps/sheets/ unwanted fabric and practice first. I am sure you will be amazing!
All are beautiful. My favorite one is the midnight blue Halloween dress, because of your placement of the sun. Just excellent ❤

I found it really helpful, and inspiring, to see the variations you’ve made and appreciate the work you’ve put into both making the dresses and tops, and showing them to us too! You obviously have a really good handle on your preferred styles. I love all the florals!

I have the Wilder Gown pattern - thanks for the inspiration! Your gowns are beautiful and I will most certainly make one up with elastic in the waistline.
Unfortunately, the Marnie Blouse Pattern has been sold out forever! Ugh!
I also have the Lyra pattern, too! Another forgotten pattern! I probably don't make the dresses so much because they are fabric hungry. But, seeing yours makes me think that I just need to buy some fabric! $$$❤❤❤

Your short sleeved Wilder is gorgeous!
I found a blog that explains how to add a facing to the Zadie and I prefer it over the binding.

Beautiful dresses, blouses & jumpsuit. My favourite was the plain Marnie (though loved everything) & seeing this has made me consider this pattern after disregarding it. My list just got longer 😅

Thank you for your comment, I can't remember exactly but with fabric 150cm wide I did get it from less fabric than suggested. But that could be different with directional prints? I hope that helps.
All your makes are gorgeous. Your choice of fabric design is beautiful. When choosing fabric do you have a favourite seller?

Hi! How did you attach the elastic to the waist? Also, what width of elastic did you use? Thank you! I love this video. The dresses are all beautiful ❤
Thank you for your comment, the elastic was thin. Less than 1cm and I just decided tge length I wanted and stretched it evenly around as I zig zaged it to the inner waist seam.
