Mine : 10 am shooting drills including pull ups threes and fadeaways 12 am i eat a sandwitch made by lettuce, tomato, chicken, and mayonese and a banana 12:30 i go to the pool and practice my breathing skills to gain lung capacity so i can have more stamina and bc i train outdoor and its damn hot 12:30 - 1:00 pm i practice my handles with exercises with tennis balls and i learn some new moves and the the las hour i do phisic exercises with the main foucus to gain weight and get more Athletic i don do pylometrics cause i heard ita bad for growing and im tryng to grow so i do some exercises to get more explosive and i practice my jumping technique Thanks for reeding ❤
