The diagonal foot alignment is to relief pressure off your shoulders. It should in theory give you more power and a deeper range + of course better alignment. And usually when people shoot diagonally they'd land their foots closer to each other and use a bit of sway as well.

For the diagonal shot it is true because it gets your shoulder closer to the rim and then you can get more power and shot easier and it also helps with your overall shots you just gotta get used to it

I can’t stand this other guy though. His voice is actually annoying to me to the point where I can’t handle it. I am not trying to be mean but when you have a voice that nasaly mixed with the worst lisp I ever heard you just HAVE HAVE HAVE to put some effort into so each therapy. I literally can’t watch messer anymore unless this other guy leaves or foxes his voice for real. I really am not trying to be mean but I am truly embarrassed watching that guy.

10:20 the spalding neverflat balled isn't supposed to "never be flat" you still have to pump it but the "neverflat" term is bc it barely gets flat/air escapes really slowly
They gotta be early 20s cause the neverflats & self-pumping balls were a thing late 2000s everyone were hopping with them

I used to have my left foot tilted when I was doing a foul shot and they were going in but my coach told me to have my feet facing forward and half of my foul shots never went in.
