For the fuse panel, we started using 1/4 panel painted the same wall color with some magnets to cover it. Makes it blend in yet still have easy access to the panel. Of course you could paint it too. I’m in the DMV area too, Great Series!
I love that pink on your doors. So soft. Im glad you are making it a real she shed with that color. There are these large decals of peonies in a similar color that would really add a touch of pretty and add that feminine touch. And i saw a lady paint all her tools to match. Just an idea.
I cut in the corners by hand too when I am painting. I love your channel, I just discovered it. I wish my wife was handy like you. Great video, Thanks for sharing
The only gadget I have is a paint trimmer. I have horrible shakes sometimes. This really helps, only have to do small touch ups. Best $6 I have spent! ♥️ love your shed, jealous in fact 😉 can’t wait for your new projects!! 🤗
My copycat shed is coming in 1 week. I had a hard time with my town getting a permit. I love following your videos. I didn’t hear you say anymore about the ventilation problems that could arise. I wondered if you figured it wasn’t a problem after all.
HELLO MY GIFTED AND TALENTED SIS! I have a question, what did you, and tuft shed do about the leaking at the door, I have seen another guy have the same problem. Could it be the unevenness from the concrete? I am planning to go the gravel route but a 10x12 . I have gotten so much information following you on your journey. same style shed but smaller. Thank you so much, I will have to get everything done 72 and except for the peg board and decorating, doing plants that is it for me. You my lady are amazing, SO SO PROUD! Please advise as I start my journey soon!
Aww, congrats on your upcoming shed!!! The leaking I was able to resolve by getting Tuff Shed to install something called "pan flashing." I think that is what it was called. For the record, Tuff Shed does NOT install any flashing around the doors or windows, which is not a good builders move. The pan flashing for the door is something that I had to research on my own, find the solution, then tell Tuff Shed to come back to install to fix the problem. Their solution was to just keep caulking it, which is not how a door should be installed with just caulking. The pan flashing fixed the issue! You can't get it from HD, but Lowes has it on order. Order it and then have it available for the installers in the day your shed is being built. If they're good installers, they will install it up on request. Here's a link. There are 2 sizes. I can't remember if I used the 4" wide or 6" wide. It depends on how wide your door is. It can be cut to length, too. Good luck and let me know when you're done! I would love to see pics! www.lowes.com/pd/Jamsill-Guard-Sill-pan-flashing-4-5625-in-x-78-in-Gray-Plastic-Step-Flashing/5013822013
I had to call Tuff Shed out because of a leaking window, when it rained next it still leaked. Caulked it myself after that, we'll see when it rains next.
I posted TWO videos tonight!! Go check out the next video on how I installed the window trim in the shed! ua-cam.com/video/vLZOyR14g3o/v-deo.html
That’s a nice pop of color. Glade you found the water damage before it was to late.
Maybe put an awning on the outside
That sounds nice.
Good video yep for what tough sheds cost I would definitely tell them they should repair the leak or replace the door
Yes, very concerning. That will definitely damage her future/existing flooring.
The door color adds even more freshness to the space. It looks so great!
That door color add a feminine touch to your space and it keeps it feeling light and airy. It looks beautiful
I really hope that shed company helps get the leaks fixed. It's your shed baby.
This is turning out beautifully! On to the next video! 🏃🏾♀️
You've built your shed to a better standard than some peoples homes! Bravo on the payoff to all the hard work!
Thank you! It really feels like it's become home to me since I am in the shed all day, everyday!
I'm a steady-hand and angled-brush kind of gal too. Thumbs up on the door color.
I learn something new each time I watch you.
What a great find; the paint pole.

Beautiful space and how sunny! Everything looks great. I can't wait for the plenty of DIY projects you will do in the shed to show us! :)
I’m loving everything, glad I’m getting all caught up 🥳

I'm getting my building soon. I'm have to insulate it myself n I know I'm hate it.
Hahaha, it was a pain! But you totally can knock that out!
How is the leak doing?

I've got this paintroller and I found it very heavy to work with, don't you?
nice!
