That's not a 1910 Buick engine. It's a 1911 or later. The 1910 engine had the spark plugs going into the cylinders in horizonal direction and later when in on an angle.
Wonder why it didn't fire right away. Weak magneto, low compression, or unprimed cylinders? Shouldn't take any more than a jerk over top dead center to spring to life.
Fuma troppo perche' c'è un problema sulla distribuzione, le valvole non seguono i profili delle camme, molto probabilmente sono da sostituire le molle valvole, saltella tutto il meccanismo lo si vede ad occhio nudo basta osservare i bilacieri che per inerzia rimangono fermi.

Calcium carbide is produced as a powder, sometimes compressed into pellets, there is no rock.
@@6h471 well at one time could go to hardware store here in Louisville Kentucky and get a can of carbide, and what was in can was in rock form 😀
