How To Make VEGAN Chocolate Tapioca Pudding!

Recipe:
3 cups oat milk
3 tablespoons tapioca
½ cup sugar
½ cup chocolate
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt
1. Add the cocoa powder and sugar to a pot, whisk them together to get rid of any lumps in the cocoa powder.
2. Add any plant based milk to the pot along with the tapioca, vanilla and salt.
3. Bring mixture to a boil, then add the chocolate and stir to melt.
4. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, or until the tapioca pearls have become translucent. Serve hot or cold.
