My husband and I are visiting New York City this week, and all of the slow shuffling around museums/tourist attractions and standing on subways has wreaked havoc on my legs and hips. Walking helps a little, but I needed a good, targeted stretch. I feel so much better now!

I work in retail and majority of my day is standing on my feet, so this practice is super helpful. After a long day at work, my legs always feel sore and tense. I went from a desk job to a standing-all-day job last year, and some days I really feel it! Especially in my feet. Your "legs up the wall" classes have been invaluable to me, Kassandra, so thank you. Now that I'm doing shift work I'd also love to see more yoga-in-bed classes - I find these really helpful when I'm trying to wind down to get some rest before an early start (i.e. waking to a 2.30am alarm!).
Thank you so much for this. I feel like so many instructors focus on classes for those who sit all day. Ask any hairstylist about standing all day while using your back, shoulders, neck and head. We definitely need yoga of all varieties but some of the classes that get real specific to certain areas are so helpful. 😊

You are the greatest that was perfect I somewhat noticed halfway through it all these moves were floor exercises that were incorporated like the binds in the lead cross into all your videos so I sort of memorize them on my own awesome bits and leg crossed all sewn neatly together👍
