Cheers! What a place eh! And to have it all to myself was very special. It does feel a bit intimidating but amazing too! Yeah a wee pair of lightweight troos! I am hoping to get some trekking tights soon as they are much lighter and give some protection against ticks and stuff. These ones are just cheap Nike bottoms 🥴🥴🥴🥴Paul

Great video, you have another subscriber! I was in the Cairngorms a couple of months back and walked the other side of the Lairig Ghru along to Ben MacDui. Great views across to Braeriach. A magical place, can’t wait to go back and maybe give this walk a go.

I was lucky earlier in the year to get a great snowy day up there and your right the views across to these hills was fantastic! Cannae wait for the winter again. @@PAADVENTURES1 Yes, I got to the summit. It was that rare thing, a clear day with hardly any wind. You could see all the way to Ben Nevis! Definitely want to walk there in the winter, the snow must make it even more dramatic. There was some snow, when I was there, in June, there were even some lunatics ski-ing.

Thanks Eddie!! Yeah it was an eventful but fun night. It pretty much started after a swim…the midge were horrendous so I decided to head up to the bothy to make dinner. The bothy was empty so I decided to strike camp and just stay in the bothy. It’s a wee bothy. I just got all my gear in and settled when a man and his son came in hiding from the midge..they got there bed set up and settled down. 10 minutes later a woman arrived again hiding from the midge. She settled down to make dinner…..5 minutes later another 2 arrived….pretty cosy now! The rest of the night was spent cooking chatting and a wee 18 year old malt! Difficult to film with bodies strewn all over the place 😆😆😆good fun though and I woke everyone up at 5 am! 🥴🥴🥴eek! Thanks for watching mate and thanks for the support!! Paul

Hi Stevie, in good conditions with an early start it’s easily done in a day (fitness is obviously a big factor) I did consider just walking back to my van as I was at the bothy around 4 in the afternoon. I had carried all my camping gear so decided on just getting a swim and chilling. I think personally with a lighter pack and a good tailwind I would give myself 11 to 12 hours to do the entire walk?. That said I enjoyed the overnight adventure and it made for an easy relaxing two days! Hope this helps and thanks for watching!! Paul

This is very soothing and just so peaceful to watch, I come to your channel often and always find myself so moved and inspired to create. I think nowadays, the judgment of what makes a great content is very sketchy. Myself I had a UA-cam channel and I did quit because I felt I could not keep up with the power that if you don't make this certain level of quality it means your stuff is rubbish.
