DELICIOUS OIL-FREE HUMMUS!

RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
* One 15 oz can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans
* 1/2 cup aquafaba from chickpea can
* 1/2 cup sesame seeds
* 2 large garlic cloves or equivalent of minced garlic
* 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon cumin
* 1/2 teaspoon salt (add extra 1/4 tsp if preferred) - Note that this is considering I used low sodium garbanzo beans
* Black pepper to taste if interested
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend well. Enjoy!
*Tip: get the sesame seeds in the bulk section of your local grocery store. It’s much cheaper. I get mine from Sprouts.
