    I’ve been making chorizo and eggs forever, just tried your recipe this morning! So much better, from adding onions and garlic first to adding a little water in the eggs, chorizo tasted so much better! This is my new way of cooking them, thank you!!! 🙏🏼 🙌🏼

    I like to add tablespoon of crème fresh or milk while mixing the eggs 😊, and add salt pepper, tiny bit of butter just before eggs are done 100% will make them fluffier and more flavorful, also never stop stirring so air can get in there and make them fluffier as well

      This is my technique also, keep the temp lower so they can be stirred/cooked slower to add to that ‘fluffy’ consistency.

    I heard about chorizo and eggs back in the 80's when I saw a movie name Midnight Run. They sounded good back them, and after watching this... maybe I'll give them a try.

      Try it on a quesadilla!
      My way of doing it is in my rice cooker I saute the garlic and onions in oil (I like olive oil) then add your chorizo and partially cook it before adding 4 scrambled eggs and after encorperating those into the pot you will drop your other 2 eggs and let a little bit of the whites cook a bit before mixing it in too much.
      As it's cooking I'll add whatever spices I'm feeling today, I like white pepper, and sometimes I'll switch out my salt for seasoned salt but not always.
      This makes about 4 decent sized quesadillas I think I get the medium size? Idk inches or anything. I'll put it in a Tupperware container and whenever I want a good quick breakfast I'll get 2 tortillas and slather 1 side of each with mayo (yes I'm white) and cook it like any other quesadilla. Use any cheese you like I enjoy more Italian flavors lol so I like adding mozzarella and parmesan, but do whatever!

    We call it Torta in the Philippines. And we used ground pork instead of beef or chorizo. Yumm

    In Spain, Andalucía,this is a classic cultural. The spanish made this with potato and pepeer. Called Serrano food.

    The salt will make the eggs denser, add after cooking. And in my opinion, a dash of milk instead of water, and really whisk the eggs. Two minutes at least to get the air flowing in the eggs, like the pro's do.

      In ny experience it gives me flat, almost watery Chorizo eggs with your method. But everyone has their preference

    Your eggs will be fluffier if you don't put in the salt until after they're cooked. ❤

    Don't scramble the eggs before. Put in bowl and drop into the chorizo, then mix. Never scramble them before.. thank me later

      I don't drain the excess grease because it helps to cook the eggs, but you can remove some if you'd like.

    Buu just doesn’t need the revive. It’s nice to fall back on but his stacking and tankiness are too good right now so the revive isnt that important as of right now. That 100% and extra super is crazy if you can get it
