as someone with 4000km on the shinko 244, and as the owner of the tires chat on telegram, i can say that the shinko 244 rides exelent on the street for how nobby it is, the sound is outstanding and you can actually do some highspeed cornering with this, as it has a slight gyro effect. the 241 is by all riders in my group regarded as offroad only, as its terrible on the streets. ifalls into its grooves and stays there, making cornering uncomfortable. however, the 244 is a bit more slippery offroad due to its large nobs , compared to the 241. incase someone wants a great street tire that has lots of gyro effect (Wheels stays more upright in turns, less pedal scrapes) and is also usable offroad, the Heidenau K66 90/90 is very good too, especially on gravel for some reason.

How stable is the K66 at speed? That's the major flaw of street tires (on the Lynx). I used to ride the Michelin Pilot Street, and swapped for the SR244 to get rid of the high speed wobbles. But then, the ride feel is very "heavy"

@@kaptaintonio K66 90/90 is insanely stable on the S22. That has 2 reasons, it has a negative center line (a slit) so it naturally want to be stable, especially at speed. And second, the 90/90 version on a 60mm rim is the perfect curvature and profile contact size for EUCs. In my opinion at least. The thing with the Lynx is, that the weight and the pedals are pretty heigh up, making it unstable for riders. The K66 should counteract that, however, I haven't tried it on tje Lynx yet as my motor is off-center, so I can't mount it.
If you want to mount the K66 90 90 on you Lynx, a few things to consider:
Is your Motor perfectly centered between the battery boxes? If not, don't mount it.
Mounting this tire is hard. Like seriously hard. Harder then any other. Heidenau created this tire so strong and thick, you can literally ride it without pumping it up, as it'll hold up it's shape. But that makes it also super hard to get onto the rim. Even with Giant tire levers, soap and 2 people, it's a shore.
Last, it has a somewhat strong gyro effect. I grew to like it, alot, but my not so skilled friends don't like it for everyday riding scenarios. However, I and they really enjoy this tire in street corners. It's a blessing from heaven

@@lefotografion Thanks for your feedback on the 244, I hope I'll get to like it better after a while on my Lynx, compared to the Michelin Pilot Street. But I really needed more safety margin at high speeds, and I wanted to have more grip on the trails.
Mounting new tires on EUCs is always a struggle, and regarding what you said about the K66, maybe it's not worth the swap with my current 244.
On my S22 though, I couldn't get rid of my Michelin City pro tire (with a negative centerline as well). I just love it for street riding, carving and cornering with it is great! And I just bear with it on the trails.

@@kaptaintonio just googled it, for some reason the city pro wasn't in my group yet. The pattern looks like the perfect tire, lots of profile plus centerslit. What exact size do you have it mounted on what wheel and what pressure are you riding at normally? I might just buy it and try it out

@@lefotografion I have the City pro 80/90-14, at 30psi on my S22. My riding weight is 165lbs.

      241 fits on the v11
I used to run it. And have videos on it.
Note it will pick up stones and eat away the inner shell overtime. Something to consider.
