Hoison Sauce
Ingredients:
*1 or 2 garlic cloves
*2 teaspoons of peanut oil or sesame oil
*1 cup hoisin sauce
*2 or 3 tablespoons water
*1 or 2 tablespoon soy sauce
*half tablespoon pepper flakes
*2 to 3 tablespoons chopped peanuts
