    Summary notes
    - people say “oh my fore fathers have been eating rice, what is wrong with it?” The quality of food then and now has changed dramatically. Everything grown in soil now have heavy metals in it. Which is harmful for you. Rice has arsenic and lead.
    - too much of any food, even good food will cause allergies and intolerances
    - rotate food, rotate the brands or food you eat, rotate the type of cuisine you cook
    - eat seasonal foods whenever possible
    - buy “organic certified” not “organic assured”.
    - soak everything. Eat sprouted lentils instead of lentils directly
    - soak nuts, soak rice , in excess water, it will reduce / remove the heavy metals
    - use Porcelain, cast iron, steel( keep changing) , and glass vessels to cook & store food.
Aluminum cookers, or non stick pans will make heavy metals seep into your food.
    - only eat when hungry
    - better to eat less times a day
    - do any type of periodic fasting
    - only use coconut oil or ghee for cooking in heat
