- Greetings travelers! In this video I get you up to speed on some of the Lore in Viking Death Squad. Hankerin Ferinale, over at Runehammer, recently announced his newest RPG system and I think it's worth taking a look.
VDS gives you quite the info dump for designing an epic post apocalyptic scifi tabletop rpg campaign. The infinitum and the demons of hell are quite an intense matchup.

More VDS content please! What would a dungeon or over world terrain look like if everything has been reduced to pulp? Adventuring in a landfill? Every inch covered in skulls like T2?

@@HouseDM We've been in DnD 5e for the last few years, but the games have been getting slower and slower, especially having surpassed 10th level. If one night of play is one combat, that's a bit slow when we're putting in 3 to 5 hours. Our current DM struggles with a lot of the rules but wants to play by the book (I get it) so I'm most excited for the freedom provided in the RuneHammer games.
@@dmlark6059 I feel your GM's pain. The struggle is real past level 10. I've actually been developing a 5e/five torches deep/ICRPG hybrid ruleset designed to fix this Level 10+ issue(level cap at 10). Likely make a video on it at some point once I finish play-testing it in my CoS campaign.
Oh man does this get me itching to try VDS!!! And please make a video about them cards!
