By VDS session generation advices (before I ever knew about VDS) I created whole Faywild setting of Vesponia : D Just stumble upon some Infected mushroom in my tracklist.
I love that you call this a First Impression instead of review! To me, reviews are if you ACTUALLY played the game and can say for sure what is good, what is wonky and what mechanics are questionable in your opinion. It´s one of the reasons i love Seth Skorkowsky reviews, since he actually play the game a lot before doing reviews.

I've always found "The Necromancer" by Rush to be extremely evocative for session inspiration!
VDS is solid gold and it plays like stupid smooth. Things get intense!
