Jerrycan Filling Machine For Two Products by Sneyders

The Amazon weight filler doses two products in pails, small drums and jerrycans in one go. This project was realized for a multinational company which required that two different products are exactly dosed in each jerrycan. The first product is an additive, the second bleach. Both fillings are measured with and controlled by scales.
The Sneyders jerrycan filler comes standard with the following specifications
• Stainless steel chassis (304 option 316)
• Glass doors
• WIPP actuators and filling needles

• Siemens PLC, operator panel, motor and drives

Due to the corrosive characteristics of the products the machine comes with
• Epoxy coating of stainless steel chassis and components
• PVDF filling needles
• Stainless steel load cells protected under epoxy coated metal covers
• Spraying nozzles with water above all horizontal surfaces and underneath weighing platform in case of unexpected spills
• Swivable CIP (Clean in Place) collectors for easy cleaning of inside and outside of filling needles - spraying nozzles for outside of filling needles
• Centralised greasing system to ensure a continuous greasing of bearings and slides
• Glass roof with ventilation to remove hazardous fumes
