The Tigris monobloc incorporates up to two filling heads and one capping head in one chassis. Dosing is achieved with scales or flowmeters. A servo driven capper reaches screwing torques of up to 30Nm. The realised torque is measured for every closing and can be followed life from the operator panel.
The Tigris is the perfect solution for filling and capping jerrycans and bottles with food or non-food products. It comes also in an explosion proof as well as in a non-corrosive version.
