Brian reminded me of myself when my kids were helping. I’m also triggered by the mess! Good job keeping it light, Dad. My kids are both grown now and both of them great cooks.
I'm usually very much against family channels and showing their kids on camera and exposing them online, but this was made in such a nice way, not exploiting the kid and actually teaching him to do the steps he can do and encouraging him all the time!

these cookies were A M A Z I N G! i halved the recipe and used robin hood gluten free flour, added 1/4 cup chocolate chips, and measured 1 tbsp for each cookie. i ended up with 36 cookies and it's the first time EVER that GF cookies do not taste gluten free! my family just loved them. definitely a keeper - thanks for the superb recipe. also enjoyed your family members helping out - so adorable
