- This is part of the StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty soundtrack. I do not own this music it belongs to Blizzard. I simply found this to be an amazing sound track and wanted others to enjoy this.

0:37 always takes me back to *The Devil's Playground * . Just that groovy rock riff really makes me think of a lava world mining operation under enemy attack.
Keeping the SCVs rolling, holding back the Zerg at their base, hot-footing it when the lava rises. And then sending the Reapers out and wrecking shop (those guys are seriously badass). Good times.
Loved that one, didn't much care for the one with the Supernova though, lol.

In all seriousness, though, on the official collector's edition soundtrack disc-- Which I do, in fact, have, the track is 7 minutes and 6 seconds long. UA-cam likes tacking on another second to videos. I'd thought you people would realize this by now, with how many people were like "ogm it skips a second" a few years back.

This song immediately makes me think of Firefly. I totally want an RTS game set during the Unification Wars now.
Did you know that in Heroes of the storm Tycus has a voice line saying: "It's heaven's devils time"
Because Tychus's band in starcraft were called Heavens Devils
whenever I hear this, theres a little voice in my head that says "build more supply depots" or "not enough minerals"

Has anyone realized that playing the starcraft Soundtrack in Destiny makes the game even better? And Destiny is known for its good Music. THATS how good the starcraft Soundtrack is.
Star craft 2 ost goes well with just about any game with maverick/adventurous type of gameplay.I could be playing skyrim with it and would be fun as hell.
1:55 really gives me Metallica vibes (The Unforgiven, maybe?)...

I know there are a lot of people right now saying BW music is better than SC2 (along with units, balance, etc) but... man, this song. Love it.
i feel like its one of the few tracks that can live up to the brood war ost, absolutely. different vibes sure, but it fits the “new” game’s artistic and story direction, even if both arent as good as brood war’s (imo). wol has always been my favorite of the three.
