    Hey hello mem mere ko baby concive karna h mai sab yoga try kar rahi hu kafi time se but koi fark nahi pada mere periods ka flow phle to acha tha ab less bliding hoti h 2 din hi flow rahta h vo bhi kam uski vajh se to pargancy concive ho pa rahi pls help me mem

      Every women period days differ, 2-3 days flow comes under Normal. Practice yoga without any stress in mind and trust the process. Trust your body you can conceive.
      Women conceiving happen on Ovulation day so take care of the day and have contact during ovulation week and on ovulation day. Plus don't be in stress always enjoy partner time
